We are just going for holiday. My other half has a nice apartment there wich their family goes to every now and then...

Ive never been in the states so going there would be nice just to see how it is in the ”real world” :smoking:

But i bet I can’t go with my record, even if im a legal citizen today. Going to apply for a visa and hope for the best.

Europe or the states? What’s your pick Frank?

I’ve never been to Europe….lotsa other places, but never made it over that way, other than sitting in a couple airports here and there….so I guess the states based upon experience.

Although if I went to Europe, the area mossy lives in would be my pick based upon the climate…..I’m done with cold weather haha

@Xmas - EU friend. All the way. No where is perfect but things over here are a bit unstable. The violence which I'm sure you see in the news, is unreal. So many shootings everyday everywhere.

There are some very nice places. I think Frank is correct about being careful if your goal is cannabis cultivation. Federally illegal and the law varies greatly state to state. Hard to know what will happen next.

Florida isn’t the best place for cannabis….still not really legal there… research the states with recreational legal weed….those are generally the most cannabis friendly, although some are better than others….each state has their own weed laws….ranging from fully illegal to fully recreational legal with medical laws in the middle. Not all states allow home grows.

Florida is medical only, only buy from approved vendors ( ie. the ones that paid the most bribes) . No growing allowed..PERIOD. and from what I'm told and the few samples it's really good looking brick weed....looks like high times cover, smokes like old brick shit....every time we make in roads on getting initiatives on the ballot, they change the rules or invalidate a hoop we already jumped through to close to election to fix it so we're stuck waiting on next election cycle.....

Honestly, he’s being a bit over dramatic. Yes, there’s violence here and there….just like every other place on earth. Generally speaking, day to day life is incredibly safe. It’s just very convenient to focus on the bad news because of technology. Saying it’s incredibly violent in the US is ridiculous when compared to folks that actually live in violent places, day in, day out….

Well, I'm protected by the guns I have pointing at the other guns that pointing back at them......just to keep them all honest you know.
edit: it's the knives I'm worried about, all in one spot, alone in a drawer, talking to each other...collusion..

I guess I was just a bit wound up from the midday news here. Top stories were multiple car jackings and several shootings.

Too easy to only read and see those stories.
