Gingers of the World Unite...................I Forgot to say to @Xmas and @arty zan the other day.......

When I lived in the UK and went on Sunny holidays for 2 weeks of the year.

The first week I would go either red or stay white...whatever sun cream I used...towards the end of the first week I would usually peel......then on the second week.. I'd start tanning.....and my legs would Start to move from white to pink.....

But...that was in the UK when I got 2 weeks of the Sun a year...... as soon as we moved to Spain when you are out in the sunshine most of the year...
Give me 24-48 hours sun and I tan up straight away........just a slight touch of redness on the sensitive bits................

Like the top of me butt....................before you ask..................

Hubby..being olive skinned can get a sun tan in the winter playing golf...especially if it is windy......

Thank you for that Mossy. but for me it’s impossible to get brown if I don’t cheat. Lived in Thailand for 1 year but I still didn’t get brown, lol.

We’re planning on going to the states - Florida, would be nice if I get in - but as I am convicted i don’t believe I can. but if it would be nice to be able to LIVE in the sun, without beeing the Pink Panther.

If I can’t get in, in the US i probably go to Spain, Greece or Italy for some weeks.

Will upload a photo or two from when I used melanotan last year. It’s one of the best medicines I ever tried, except drugs - cannabis etc.

OMG.... the Bells...the bells........

...means the sheep/goats are in the corriander..........glad we got breakfast done before they got here....the smell puts you off eating....

One of the best things is just to relax, go to the gym, eat some food and again relax

Look at any other eqivillent sized Mamal .....and you'll find none that do 8-18 hours Work a day.....it is humans who are out of step.....

It is two different medicines - Its a difference, one is for sleep - wich is melano”tin”, and melano”tan” for color.
I used melanotan.. But even i mix up those words sometimes when I’m gonna explain about its positive effects on gingers.
