It was a light I added for some side lighting. I took it apart are the lenses were uneven and poorly made. Same bulb type leds you see on alibaba daily. Same company that's mentioned on here all the time. Same lenses.
BUDHEAD!!! I would go with Bysen UFO.. it will be like 550 for 2x 140w shipped to you.. They give great prices but wait till you see how much there shipping is lol.. The 210w ends up over 400 for 1 but 232 list price.. 168 I think for the 140 but ends up being 260 each but they send it very quickly bought mine from BLUE-SEA 2x 140w UFO 460 delivered 160 each so it was 140 for shipping lol crazy but ordered Monday had my lights Friday 4 days later almost seems impossible..
I’m new to your forum so excuse me if I state something Ishould not have. I do more reading than posting but I felt I should share myexperience when it came to the Lg-led solutions limited LG-G09B144LEDlight panel. Found here: http://www.lgledsolutions.com/news.asp?id=960&selectclassid=014009 I bought two of these units and have been using them for thepast 8 months. Price: Aprox $724 shipped Actual total wattage draw: 230-235W Veg: 155-158W Bloom: 70-72W First impression: Sturdy looking light, should work well. Final impression: Wasted my money again. Live and learn.
For those of you looking to buy these lights please do notgo with the proven ratio that comes standard. It’s like they designed thelights backwards. All the power is used in the veg mode and only 1/3 of theleds are used in the bloom mode. I was very disappointed when I saw this buttrudged ahead anyway.
After afew grows with these lights side by side with my 600W HPS, I’ve decided that theyare only good for vegging my plants. My 600W HPS has about twice the coveragearea of a single panel and the leds only get about ½ -¾ of the yield per plant. Here are a couple of pics. LG-Led on the left and HPS on the right. You can see the growth difference.
Did Imention that I’m already having individual led failures on my panels? That’s right, after reading this forum I went and revisited my led panels to check thewattage output and realized that some of the leds are fading in and out and I’velost about one per panel so far.
I am not biased in any way. I have a set of Glowpanels (45watt) that I keep my clones and cuttings under. I also have a set of bloomboss 300’s ( 250 true watts) thatI got off Craigslist for $400( probably made in china also). I was able to veg an entire 4x8 tent by movingone of them back and forth until the plants literally overgrew the light. I’vealso bloomed a plant out with one of these and got decent results. Im going totry putting both of them together to replace a single 600W HPS. I should getthe same if not more coverage and less heat and power draw.
Ireally hope some of this information is useful to your members. I’ve noticedthat the name and panel has been tossed back and forth a bit and I just wantedto give you a heads up and hope that you don’t have the same experience as Idid.
I hate to hijack this thread but if you are going to spend that much anyway why not go GN or a proven company for 300 some dollars..dont throw it away..who will you cry to.Personally i dont know how they are if something breaks or if you dont like it you wont know for at least 2 or 3 month if they really suck.Unless its a real supa crazy cost cutting deal that you get lucky and find and you tell all us so we can buy the LOT lol AFN love LED and NINJA DEALS!
Picked up another four 9W LED bulbs (3 x 3W emitters, 460, 630, 2 x 660) to supplement my MH/HPS. Currently running 250W MH with 64W of LED. I use 92W of CFL when the MH is switched off (temps here are too high to run HID without the air conditioning). The additional 36W of LED should sweeten things up some.
