Hello. A friend would grow indoors. The room will be assembled soon, and she is thinking about which led lights would be suitable.
Budget is tight...money crunch...EU slaves :tang: soon...

Thanks for the suggestions :smoking:

Sounds like a closet grow. 5.9' x 2.29' x 8.03' or some where close to it. The rule of thumb is 30 watts per square foot or how ever you want to work it in the metric system. Reality is there really is no such thing as a budget friendly grow. Cut corners, go cheap and you will always have issues. Getting the space is one bridge to cross. Lights are another. Then you need a exhaust system w/carbon filter a few small fans to circ air in the grow space. A way to control humidity ( add or remove and keep balanced ) , PH/PPM meters and host of other tools. Pretty much all the cheap lights you see on Amazon and other sites that sell mostly POS china lights end up costing you much more in the long run than they were ever worth. 90% of there specs are complete and utter BS. You also have to look into your power usage. Lights that are efficient and put out great light are expensive. But you get what you pay for. If your in the EU I would start with Migro's line of lights he sells in the UK/EU and he has a YouTube channel where he test lights. Research and research some more before lights or any hardware is bought. And there is no shame in admitting to ones self I really don't have the money to do it as it should be and keep saving until you do. Good Luck!
