Even well flushed hydroton will leave a sandy residue in your tank/on roots at some point bro. After your grow's finished look at ur rocks. You'll notice that some of them were actually split by your roots making a home in them and that may account for some of that red clay residue crap. It's freaked me out before in the past too. Looking good man.
Yo yo yo whats a gwan in the grow man! Where you at? Zero is right like I said before even on the 3rd res change I had fine brown sand like shit from the pebbles.
Sorry guy's due to unforeseen circumstances in my grow room I had to pull the paki ryder. I pulled her out of the bucket and planted her in promix bx she seems to be taking the transition well. The brown residue on the roots ended up being slime grrrrrr. I was also reading that it wasn't good that I had my airpump in my cab when running co2 I was pumping massive amounts of co2 to the roots instead of oxygen. I ended up having a major malfunction in my environment and it just made it easier to pull her I will be trying DWC again in the future just not at the moment I got alot on my plate ATM. I will still be updating this thread on the paki ryder's progress she will just be in soil instead of DWC.
sh(t man, sorry to hear. i was looking forward to the grow and the process of switching over. i hope you have enough meds on hand to get you thru the delay in your grow:thumbs: hope the lady takes well to the transplant
