looking good l3v3r,

a few more days of growth and you'll be past the slow painful start, i have to agree with "TMM" i think roots do need a trim up once they get too long, i think its one of many errors i made in my last grow resulting in a lack of bud. on my next grow i will be trimming them as soon as they touch the bottom of the oxypot.

i'll keep watching bro.:peace:

11 days

Now she's starting to pick up speed I think when I broke the root it stunted her a little bit but she seem's back on track now. Still no sign of new root's yet :o. I got a little bit of yellowing on my first set of leaves that came in do I need to up the nutes?

I would say she is good for the 2ml per liter, you got 3 working on 4 sets of leaves now.

This is my 3rd year with a deep water bubbly tank and my red clay balls and my jiffy cubes dry out wicked if I don't keep the water high enough. Maybe you got wetter bubbles than I do. Ha ha.

I just thought this was :crying:

Yep. Now do that everyday, twice a day for two years x2 or 4 and you will see why I gave it up for the most part.

Now rwdc that's something I have been wrapping my head around lately.

CDC, your not saying it wasn't worth it are you?

@ L3V3R, I'm in...I'm thinking hydro is my next adventure to...Good luck and like everybody said, this one killer strain...

Not at all ripster. Just monotonous and unrelenting after a few years. Never thought I would grow any other way at one time in doors. But as the grow got bigger and the time I got to garden gets smaller, I found that it was not the way for me. But the experience made me a better grower and I know I can rock one out.

Thanks for stopping by ripster it is always a pleasure to have you around :smokebuds:

she looks great brotha despite the the broke root!!...canna-plants are amazing aren't they!..can't really give you any helpful info bro...just watchin and learning with ya!....:smokebuds:

mate i ripped the whole root system of a 15 day old plant as it had rot and it came back fighting and rot free its now 70 cm tall!

also dude thats not the only root, i bet if you pulled here up you would see a load coming out of the cube.

I found it was good to keep the water right up to the net then as soon as a tap came down i dropped the level a cm and found load of roots bursting out seeking the water plus all them popping bubbles work like aeroponics..
