Outdoor 2021 Cookies FV, Purple Punch, Blackberry Gum, BBBG3 x CS, Red Mandarine mutant
  • Getting to be me favorite time of outdoor growing :weed:, or any growing for that matter :smoking:

Plantz are starting to flip, or at least hopefully thinking bout it anywayz

First .. the greenhouse gurlz.. Me thinks the height of these is due to them seeking those direct sun rays, as the greenhouse getz a lot of shade from a large stand of tall trees to the south of it. It's created some wide node spacing which is good for air circulation. Time will tell if there are enough photons for those two in there to finish up with some nice buds, and not a bunch of air budz from lack of direct sun.

The greenhouse ... Seedstockers Cookies FV on me left, BBGG3 x CS on me right. I'm 5' 8".. can see the shade making trees through the roof vent.

    greenhouse4.jpg

BBGG3xCS showing off this week.. makes me eyes smile :smoking:
    bbbg3csflower.jpg

Starting to stretch it a bitz.. i might prune the lower branches as they receive very little direct sun. It would be soon if I do that.
    bbgg3#1.jpg

Ok, now it's what's under the greenhouse tarp. First, with the younger BBGG3XCS that hasn't shown stigmas/pistils as of today Starting the foliar Phyter Rotblock treatment last week. Will be weekly here on out.
    bbgg#2.jpg

Next comez the Seedstockerz Blackberry Gum which is an auto/photo  Will see what Mark has to say in the winter seedstockers G&S. Day 47 and first sign of stigmas/pistils
    bg47a.jpg

And her full beautiful self. Started foliar with Phyter Rotblock last week and will be applied once a week on new growth.
    bg47.jpg

This fun fun fun to grow Fast Buds Purple Punch @ day 56. She's been a no brainer.. just kept her fed, watered, and foliar sprayed before flowering.
    pp56.jpg

    pp56b.jpg

And to close the update for this week is Red Mandarine mutant. .. no pistils/stigmas as of today.. started foliar with Phyter Rotblock last week.

  • Heya growfolks :d5:

Dog daze of summer seem to be here now.. hurry up n wait for those flowers to start on all but one photo. It's been 45 days of no rain, so down to 1/2 a barrel left of rain water. Maybe some coming in the next week?

    To the greenhouse first --

The greenhouse sits on top of the buried discharge field of the aerorobic waste treatment we have. I haven't watered this plant for days as the roots seem to be tapped into the discharge field. I didn't think this would happen as there is a multi layer barrier between the discharge field and the growing soil. Maybe wicking it up?

Seedstockers Cookies FV @ 9 feet tall
    cfv7-31.jpg

EBBxCS was starting to stretch out the vent window so supercrop time for Ebby. Feeding 0-10-10 Alaska fish and molasses once a week.
    supercrop ebb.jpg

    ebbcs7-31.jpg

EBBxCS #2 under the tarp, which was started much later. I thought I was going to cull the mutant, so it is getting a bit crowded. No sign of flowers yet. Gets the Phyter foliar treat once a week to prevent BR & PM

    ebbcs#27-31.jpg

Seedstockers Blackberry Gum auto that didn't auto. Had to move the tarp frame a foot to make more room for Bberry. Also got the pickadze out and dug a bit of a hole to put the pot in, as I was watering every 22 hours. No sign of flowers. Treated once a week with Phyter as well. Last evening after I got her settled in for the long haul.
    bbg7-30.jpg

    And today's photo
    bbg7-31.jpg

And the Red Mandarine mutant. No flowers yet, but I like how she's doing. Crinkle cut she is. Phyter treated as well.
    rm7-31.jpg

No pics of Fast Buds Purple Punch as Ppunch has been hanging since Sunday morning. She was a joy to grow.

So that's me zoo for this week grofolks :toke:

  • Last time Fast Buds Purple Punch gets a nod in this thread. Dryed, jarred, 44g of bud that filled one jar. So a 6/10 on density of nugs for these, as I get 2 ounces, up to 2.25 ounces in a jar from dense nugs. That's me scale anyways of grading density. She was a pleasure grow and I'm sure she will be a good medicine as well.

    pp harvest3.jpg

    Greenhouse gurls.....

Cookies FV.. some pruning and another rock in the main's bucket
    cfv 8-5.jpg

And EBB x CS pruning of some suckers and a feed of molasses - she's moving along nicely for a mid September finish
    ebb 8-5.jpg

And a bit of less boring flower action pic of a satellite branch
    ebbcs-8-8a-jpg.1353326

Outdoor. All the plants below are treated once a week with Phyter

EBB X CS is a nicely strutured plant with no signs of flower happening yet
    ebbcs#2 8=8.jpg

Blackberry Gum Photo. Some pruning, will have to do a bit more this week
    bbg 8-8.jpg

And the Red Mandarine mutant ..think she's gonna flip this week - no pruning of suckers or leaves.. whatever she does is what she does
    rm 8-8.jpg

That's the mostly boring udpate this week... not much really happening yet cept with the EBBCS in the gh..:eek1:

EBB x CS under the tarp

    Blackberry Gum
    bbg 8-13.jpg

    Red Mandarine mutie flipped :joy:
    rm 8-16.jpg

So two have flipped, the EBB x CS in the gh, and RM. It'z probably a good thing the flip is spacing out on these a bit as i have limited space for drying. Used to have a dedicated heated cabin that I would dry in, bot not the luxury of that here. Lots of paper bags stacked up in the tent most likely.

A bonus shot of one of @Jean-O 's Voodoo autos. Grown totally outside, no jumpstart in the tent for this one. She's a trichome factory.
    voodoo 8-17.jpg

Thats that until the weekend which is 2 dayz .. oh well. better late than never i guess

May the canna goddess Mary :weed: Jane have pity on our outdoor grows

Outdoor 2021 Cookies FV, Blackberry Gum, BBBG3 x CS, Red Mandarine mutant w/special guest Voodoo!
  • Jump right into the greenhouse and see what'z growin on :smoking:

Did a bit of adjustment on Cookie monster .. looking like she wants to flip but taking her sweet time at it
    cfv 8-21.jpg

A couple head shots of EBB x CS.. up on the footstool to get some pics
    ebbcs 8-21.jpg

and the trichomes are starting to form
    ebbcs 8-21a.jpg

All the kidz under the tarp are treated with @Phyter. Red Mandarine and EBB x CS#2 had their roots treated at transplant.

Under the tarp first is Blackberry Gum.. keeping up with the pruning so this bush is wide open for the fall flowering weather. Water/feed everyday with a gallon of water and 1 to 1.1EC of Mega Crop. This bush will put Phyter to the test me thinks, if she ever flips
    bbg 8-21.jpg

Red Mandarine mutie makes me happy :jump: Couple gallons of water every couple days with 1 to 1.1EC Mega Crop, and a good pinch of Bud Explosion :smoking:
    rm 8-21.jpg

    rm 8-21a.jpg

And here' a night shot of @Jean-O Genetics Voodoo. She's a trichome bomb!

Thanks for stopping by grofolkz! :d5:

May Canna Goddess Mary Jane watch over our outdoor grows

  • Can definitely feel the weather pattern shifting in the NW coastal biosphere. Days making it to the upper 60's and low 70's, nights upper 40's to low 50's. Fall is in the air here.

I am cramped for drying space here. Used to have a 10 x 10 cabin that was dedicated to drying in the fall, butz no such luxury here. So I picked up a Wedryer XL that will help a lot.

Cookies flipped :jump: :jump: So Halloween chop window if she is able to make it until then. (need fingers crossed emoji). Will start a top feed twice a week of bloom fertilizer, same as the EBB x CS in the gh.
    cfv 8-27.jpg

EBB x CS is doing nicely... only a head shot as not much room to get a better photo. Trichome production is picking up.

    ebbcs 8-27.jpg

Outdoors under the tarp ..these have all been treated with @Phyter weekly on new growth and on open wounds from pruning.

Ebb x CS can't really say this one has flipped yet.. right on the edge.. may have to supercrop it as well
    ebbcs#2 8-27.jpg

Blackberry Gum flipped as well! Lot's of pruning and a bit of LST to open it up a bit more. May have to supercrop.
    bbg 8-27.jpg

Red Mandarine mutie gurl is doing her business.
    rm 8-27.jpg

And Voodoo from @Jean-O's genetics going dark in the next couple days. Secondary bud shot here. I see Emily the cat has bounced her tail off of this bud :kitty:
    voodoo 8-27.jpg

Ok growfolks.. thanks for popping in and hope ur grows put big smiles on your faces :smoking:

Outdoor 2021 Cookies FV, Blackberry Gum, BBBG3 x CS, Red Mandarine mutant, new grow gnomes!
  • All the gurlz have flipped so in the final 8 weeks of the outdoor season :jump:

Pic taken from underneath the Cookie arch looking up
    cfv 9-04.jpg

EBBXCS bud shot.. heavy leaf to bud ratio on this gurl.. inspecting every couple days for health on the flowers
    ebbcs 9-04.jpg

These gurlz under the tarp are all being treated with @Phyter Rotblock.

EBBXCS #2 got supercropped - tarp is at 6 feet, and she was touching the tarp, so broke the stem.
    ebbcs#2 9-04.jpg

Blackberry Gum received final pruning and a bit of tie down to open her up a bit more
    bbg 9-04.jpg

And Red Mandarine mutie is stacking her little flowers nicely
    rm 9-04a.jpg

    She'z a pretty gurl
    rm 9-04.jpg

And me daughter picked up some more grow gnomes to help finish the outside gurls off in a good way :smoking:

Outdoor 2021 Cookies FV, Blackberry Gum, BBBG3 x CS, Red Mandarine mutant Phyter treatment
  • Ok.. another week in the books folks.. Weather as flipped to fall.. rain, wind, 50's and 60's for highs and 40's at night. It's supposed to be a wetter than normal fall for us as well.

I am losing hope on the gh gurls being able to finish, due to lower temps and lack of photons.. The EBB x CS has been in flower for 2 months and barely any brown pistils.
    ebbcs 9-18.jpg

Flower with the most brown pisitls i could see
    ebbcs 9-18a.jpg

    Seedstockers Cookies FV
    cfv 9-18.jpg

I'll keep her going as long as i can.. can u say Christmas chop??
    cfv 9-18a.jpg

Ok.. outside under the tarp.. best spot in our yard for the photons.. going to reset it out there next year with a fan and a bit larger space, as it's the prime real estate for the gurlz...

All these plants are treated with Phyter for BR and PM prevention. Weekly treatment for months now. It's getting a good test!

Seedstockers Blackberry Gum auto that wasn't..
    bbg 9=18.jpg

at least her flowers are moving along ok..starting to develop a bit of shape to them.
    bbg 9-18a.jpg

EBBxCS#2 Neither early nor fast... put the east wall up yesterday as the rain was sideways and wind blowing hard
    ebbcs#2 9-18.jpg

    ebbcs#2 9-18a.jpg

And Sweet Seeds Red Mandarine mutie gurl.. she's gone from being the ugly duckling to the sweetheart of the grow.. chop is within 10 days
    rm 9-18.jpg

    rm 9-16.jpg

Ok grofam.. see ya's next week :d5:

Outdoor 2021 Cookies FV, Blackberry Gum, EBB x CS, Phyter test
  • 2 down and 3 remain. Red Mandarine was harvested on the 21st, and EBB x CS in the GH was composted on the 21st, due to mold in the buds.

I've been applying Phyter on the Cookies as well the best I can, anything to help it along.
    cfv 9-24a.jpg

A long way to go on Cookies
    cfv 9-24.jpg

Will see how close these two will get to finishing. Phyter will help alot, and at the same time. the weather will have it's say in the final outcome.

Blackberry Gum - was able to open it up more with RM gone. Get that airflow between the buds is the key
    bbg 9-24.jpg

    bbg 9-23.jpg

And EBB x CS#2 - slowest of all.. neither early nor fast..
    ebbxcs#2 9-24.jpg

    ebbxcs#2 9-24a.jpg

    Red Mandarine
    rm 9-21a.jpg

EBB x CS #1 and some pruned branches off of Cookies that weren't going to develop

Ok, that's the grow for this week folks.
