I just wanted to let everyone know that the kindsoil people are a-ok in my book! They have taken the time to chat with me about my grow. I was freaked about the yellowing even tho its natural. He gave me some advice and was extremely patient with a noob grower. I have the utmost confidence in the soil and will be buying more soon.
Thank you @Kindsoil

Also, i want to say, dont get in a hurry and work in the tent. You can take a dialed in setup and be the plants worst enemy.

Dudeski in his noobness thought another led would help with lower growth and pluged another up. Guess who didn't check to see how far away it was for 2 or maybe 3 days.
Yup:doh: so, thank goodness i checked on them sober . This was several days ago, pic past pics show it fried a few leafs. I told the kindsoil rep this, and im embarrassed but will learn eventually. Next is a better light so i dont worry about that.

Oh yeah, im supposed to ask ripper first too. Guess i will go on and sit in the corner.

Trichs were really pumping out, lots of clear still, maybe a few trying to amber. Smell is grapefruit and a fuel kinda. I cut off a lower popcorn to look at them.

Oh, had to tie the main cola to the cage, she was listing to the port side.

Yes, they do have the guide in their main page graphic:

Right now, though, it and some of the other threads/posts around here are saying the you won't need more than 1-1.5lb for an autoflower. The other number I had been hearing was two pounds. I'm just thinking that maybe the 1.5-2lb will be a good suggested starting point, but for some autoflower strains it'll be more than needed and for some may not be enough (by just a smidge, maybe). Just thinking there's merit to the idea that folks may want to research some to get an idea of how long a strain goes when deciding how much to use when trying a new strain for the first time with the soil. I think I'd even heard the term "superautos" tossed around the forums once or twice for some particularly long (100+ day) strains. So maybe something like 1-1.5 for "regular auto" and 2-2.5 for "super auto". Just food for thought. :smoking:

I took the 5 lbs bag and broke it down to 3 equal parts 1.6 lbs ea. At one point i thought I need more around day 40 or so, but it kicked back in and took off.
I'm with you on the part about different strains, and how they react to the Kind Soil.

I'm liking using 2.5 for a 3 gallon pot and will use that on my next grow as well.

Day 78, still doing her thing. More red pistils but not much amber at all. Daym
