Would be cool if there was a thread all about what is safe to use in a kindsoil grow as far as other additives etc.
I guess most organics would be fine?:pass:
Try Mammoth P and in late flower Mendocino Avalanche.. Pretty much all you need

Also wondering about pest and disease control that would be safe for kindsoil incase i run into problems.

What do you all think would be a good all around organic foliar spray safe to use as a pest and disease preventative in kindsoil?

i do have some mammoth p thanks to the free sample thread a while back:d5:

Im probably just going to use only distilled water as intended for my first kindsoil grow (starting my first afn grow journal soon:biggrin:) and then maybe do a side by side with recharge, mammoth p and i have a few aloe plants so i might whip up some aloe water too :chef:

For soil pest control I use hydrogen peroxide 1 part HP 3 parts water kills everything. Have never had to kill anything on the plant but optic foliar works well..

Would love to see a comparison grow I do that a lot myself..

Make sure you tag me when you start @Smorf
I will be experimenting too. Is the light in a tent too much for an aloe plant?

Oh i forgot i do actually have some optic foliar overgrow too:smoking:
@Dudeski will do.

im no expert but the duration of light used for autos might be too much for aloe plants. I would slowly introduce it to the light in a tent. I know they do fine in windows and in shaded areas with small amounts direct light and water. Im kind of curious now how far they can be pushed in a tent:pass:

Starting to get some color on the leaves around the mains that I'm not sure if it's normal for this strain. Also seeing a little yellowing and dying off of several of the larger fans. Mostly lowers, but several mid to top of the plant as well. Checked the water again tonight and it's still holding at 6.8 nicely, so not really sure what's going on. Temp in the space is running mid 70's to low 80's, with humidity hanging around 40-45%. It's an older plant, so I suppose it could be age related. But it took it a long time to start blooming, and this seems very, VERY similar to what I seem to see on every other plant. The Kindsoil plants so far have muscled through it with better results than previous grows, but I think there may still be some tweaking needed.

Thoughts, ideas welcome. :)

P.S..... Forgot to mention, I'm not above considering that I might be getting some light burn as a possibility as well. I've got the lights as high as they'll go with the current build out, and with how big this beast plant got they're only about 14 inches or so above the tippy top of the main. 200 Watt's total of good efficiency COB's. The two furthest to the side lights aren't direct on it, but even they still provide plenty off the reflectors, though.

I think it is light burn just pinch those leaves off .. It is what I have done.. Also is there any way to shorten the wires or chains on your lights.

I think some molasses would help.. This plant has been growing a long time hasn't it?
