Straight in the dirt. Three days they are up. 99% of the time. No stress. Paper towels take longer and can cause stress... Autos need the best no stress start for optimum finish. Put it the dirt and water it gently to keep it moist. Mother nature doesn't germ in paper towels... Try it once for yourselves and see the difference.

I will give it a shot rebel. I have done it strait into soil and have had a lot of failed attempts. But I will give it a try for this grow.

my seeds from herbies arrived today. they were shipped on 12/09/2014. guess the carrier pigeon stop for a vacation on the way over here. their stealth does not look very good. not as good as nirvana or ILGM stealth. can't believe 2 1/2 month for seeds to arrive by mail.

well the seeds i ordered from nirvana at the same time are in flowering now so I got seeds for the next grow. these new seeds should be ready for the flowering room shortly after the nirvana seeds harvest. it is always good to maximize your options. but I may need to put together another grow box for the plants im reveging. thats the way life goes feast or famine. never a happy medium

Autodude, by all means, do whatever you feel comfortable with!! I was sharing my personal experiences. I was doing the paper towel method for a long time when I first started growing and I think I lost countless seeds because of it... Since I've gone straight to dirt that doesn't happen anymore... like I said unless the seed isn't viable (not able to germ. dud basically).
