Indoor Jean-O's Genetics Autoflower seed Run Finish

The new breeding run is well under way, Ive been busy so haven't posted much on it yet.
What's My Name S1 day 3 from sprout. This one is in a 1 gallon fabric pot as I have plans to make a new cross of her and hit her with some of the blueberry pollen that I am going to get off the Blueberry I am hitting with the CS spray right now that I plan to self in this run.

Blueberry Auto I plan on selfing this run. I got the beans from @Nelly Nugs who also hooked me up with the Strawberry auto I used for the Straw Dog that is an amazing strain!

The Duke F1 that will be getting selfed in this run! This one is 13 days from sprout here in the pic. She has been a pretty vigorous plant in veg so far.

VooDoo F1 auto that will also be getting hit with the CS spray so I can self her out.

Bent Spoon Auto has been a super strong plant so far! This one will be getting pollinated with the Stilton x 3BOG I have left over from the last run.

I am running my outdoor auto's in fabric pots this year with my indoor growing medium to see if I like the results better than planting them into the outdoor soil. I plan of doing some breeding with these outdoor auto's as well. I have in this outdoor run
White Chem, Whats My Name, Blueberry CheezeCake, Grape Cheese, and The Duke. It should be a great bit of fun testing out how they do in the fabric pots this year.

Excellent buddy I had a look at your seed site great work wish you all the best with it.
Once people try em you will have to beat them of with a stick.

I haven't had a ton of sales through my site but the Seed Cellar is burning through inventory! I just restocked them 2 weeks ago with 15 packs of every strain and they need a restock again with several of them already. I was getting paid on consignment but they gave me a permanent full time spot and I get paid up front now so that's kick ass... I still have been putting work into my site slowly but its taking a bit of time to get it built up...

Have any of yall Canadian pps ever heard of a strain called Jean Guy? I just ran across it on a seed bank site supposedly a Canadian strain? I've been working on a few strains with my name in them Mean Jean, Blue Jean Baby, and Jean-O Bam Bean-O which ill be releasing soon but just thought it was Ironic to find a strain named like this. Obviously Im not the only male Jean making strains lol.... The strain looks like some fire but doesn't give any parent strains for background on the lineage. Does anyone know anything about this strain?

Hay there Jean-O
Looks good.
Have you grown in fiber pots outside before ?
Be ready to water ALL THE TIME . Especially in small pots. I've grown in 25 and 30 gallon pots outside and had to water twice a day before. I moved to a 65 gallon pot to run one plant in it and it did pretty well on water about every 3 days.
Just a heads up if your not ready.

No this is my first attempt at using pots outdoors. Thanks for the heads up with the watering. I was actually wondering if that would be an issue. I think if I do start to have any kinds of issues I will probably slice up the bottom and sides of the fabric and plant them in the ground so the roots can just grow out in to the ground at some point. I did this a few years ago when I realized fabric pots are a bitch to try to transplant from I did a few auto's where I just cut the bottom out of the bag and let the roots grow down into the soil and it worked pretty good.
Basically my thoughts on the Pro Mix and pots is I wanted to try to do a Hydro grow outdoors! I have been under the understanding that Pro Mix is a hydro set up being its a soilless medium like coco coir. I usually add about 20% more pearlite into the mix as well so its very light and airy. From what ive seen over the last 2 years is the auto's have typically grown better in size and yields in my indoor set up so Im curious if its the growing medium or is it just the lack of control over the environment? Should be a fun little test for the year. I also wanted to breed with a few of these and I figured being able to keep them mobile should help for the breeding process....
Thanks for stopping in if you have any more tricks about growing with the pots outdoors please fill me in I appreciate it.

I use a lot of old wood chips the kind that are just like falling apart in my mix to help retain moisture now if I am going to use Fiber pots and grow above ground. I also use a lot of vermiculite as well it helps with a lot of silica and retain moisture and nutrients as well. then a lot of biochar. For a good organic grow. Unless you're going to grow with chemicals... Then really don't matter then about the microbes.
But if you're going to grow organically then definitely need biochar. And some Lava Rock. It really helps out to for microbe motels. Cuz as all the little nooks and crannies and Cavities that are in the lava rock and biochar make great homes for microbes to live in. Cocoa Chiro is a great substance to use for holding moisture as well as it's renewable resource. Green sand is nice to have but not necessary. But it is nice to have if you can find it and use it. But compost and biochar and worm castings vermiculite and then all of the urea, gypison, blood meal, bone meal, fish bone meal, kelp meal, yeah the list goes on and on. But you can really boost your soil up by adding a few amendments to your soil these amendments will create a huge beautiful plant for you.
I find myself in the summertime just digging very large holes and setting the whole fiber pot down in there and I slit the sides open so that the handles are the only things left and the bottom and set it all down in there and back fill with all my good soil that I have made up prior to the season. And just backfill around it for a space of at least a foot outside of the pot. I use 25-gallon pot so there's a good 3 or 4 foot wide hole about 20in deep. When I plant a plant here. But My garden up north will have to be like this for sure. But the garden here though in my backyard is already set up with great soil in it. So basically all I have to do here is just add some compost and cow manure and pretty much just plant a plant in it and grow.
And makeup organic teas for foliar spray and ground drench. In flower I use extra bone meal and Mother Earth bloom. I make sure my microbe colonies are very strong on my plants by using foliar tees. I used of dark brown sugar or raw dark brown sugar if I can find it. in my soil and in my foliar tea. Oh yeah and if you can I always put lots of whole eggs blended up if you can. I find it to work faster and better if liquefied. The microbes love it. I Use it as a foliar spray or a tea or both at the same time. Especially after a dry spell. The plants seem to dance after giving it to them. It works great. I blend up a lot of things in my blender from the table add sugar filter it and sprayed on my plants a lot more than you could imagine. Lol
But if you're going to bottle feed a lot of this stuff really doesn't matter that I just spoke about.... Because bottle-feeding are not nutrients...but they are dead - rients.. :pass: Happy growing:growing:
