Hello everyone I am starting this thread for the Dinafem fast version Quick Kush, and HSO Fast version Green Crack and OGKZ. I was gifted some seeds at the end of last season from @Dinafem-Mark , @HSO-Mark to try out this year and hopefully beat out the crappy Michigan flowering season outdoors. I am well underway with the outdoor grow and got a bit of an idea in my head that I wanted to run the same strains inside to see how they do indoor vs outdoor. A little background about myself first is that I have been growing traditionally as an outdoor grower for 22 seasons or years now. I started out as a gorilla grower working in corn fields and river banks for quite a while and roughly 15 years ago I got a medical card and started to grow a bit indoors ( never having a hole lot of success for a while) so I started to look for property I could start a small family farm on. 5 years ago I found the property I own now and started a full sun outdoor grow. Over the past 5 years I feel I have transitioned into a Monster outdoor full sun grower and have been honing my skills as a big grower ever since. I have also over the last 5 years gotten into growing the Autoflowers indoors and have stepped up my indoor growing skills to a decent level ( I am still much better at growing outdoors). My prefered style of growing is all organic, using Happy frog fruit and flower dry amendments, Mykoes, earth juice bloom part b, black molasses, neptune's harvest crab and lobster shell, and liquid kelp. The outdoor grow pen I have is roughly a half acre that is full sun all day and I do till up the land every year and I put down a layer of straw for moisture retention. I add my old dirt and compost the grow area every fall and spring with grass clippings and weeds from the yard. I plant on an old river bank that has a creak flowing bye it which I like to collect my water out of. My indoor grow set up is a 2x4x5 ft yield lab grow cab in my bedroom closet which has been perfect for my autoflower works. It is powered with 2 1,000 watt H&Grow triple chip full spectrum LED's and 1 500 watt philzon cree cobb LED with some supplemental 15 watt side lighting led's. The true watt draw from the wall for the grow is 575 true watts. I prefer to use 3 gallon fabric pots that I fill with Pro Mix HP for medium indoors and cut it pretty heavily with perlite and clay pellets for maximum drainage. I use the same amendments indoors as I do outdoors and pretty much water only every day with no run off and every sunday I feed.
So lets jump right into this grow and get started!!!
The outdoor girls were started back in February on about the 10th and were vegged slowly under a 15 watt led for the first month because of space issues I have indoors.

Im hoping I can get all of this posted correctly in order as the grow has been going for a minute now and the idea of the thread just hit me a few days ago....

Dinafem Quick Kush one of the outdoor girls patiently waiting to get outside! Roughly 80 days from seed here in the pic.

HSO Fast OGKZ roughly 80 days from seed also awaiting transplant outside.

These are 2 of my outdoor battle plants for the outdoor auto photo battle! I had a little issue as you can see in the pics with hardening them off for the outdoor but they have since adjusted very quickly and are doing great!

Some more recent pics of the girls HSO Fast OGKZ one of the outdoor girls. Roughly 90 days from seed here in this pic.

Im doing the Indoor V outdoor test to see if and how differently they flower under different circumstances.. Id like to see the bud structure on both and if they differ in any way as well as taste, smell, and potency of the flower... I have heard from @Waira that they may possibly flower faster outdoors and finish quicker outdoor under the sun. I am going to try to be as professional as I can with my postings here with this grow and if anyone has any questions about anything please ask. I am in no way a master at growing and I have little to no real training or education about plants. Most all of my knowledge about growing comes from growing up on a farm and growing veggie gardens and going to an agricultural high school. I have however over the last 22 years had about every issue you could have with marijuana plants and have been educated bye the school of hard knocks with growing... Lots of great information about growing on the internet and I would say I have been self educating myself using the internet as a learning tool....

I will have to get some new pics of the indoor grow as I just got it set up for the photoperiod test run this week. Sorry that the main focus has been on the outdoor grow so far as this idea for the thread is fairly new and I am just starting to get it put together today!
HSO Fast OGKZ roughly 100 days from seed and about 2 weeks into her outdoor home she is doing great!

Fast OGKZ top down pic she is a beautiful plant and has been super easy to train into a nice bush!

Dinafem Quick Kush roughly day 100 from seed. Very vigorous growth on all of the plants so far.

Top pic of Dinafem Quick Kush I had decided to double cage this plant as last years plant in this spot was my biggest and seems to be the case again this year!

Dinafem Blue Widow about 100 days from seed. This plant is very bushy! She has super tight internodal spacing and is absolutely beautiful. She was the 1st to get transplanted outside and spent about 3 weeks in some very brutal weather with frost freezing temps and flooding, she is a tank and just kept on a growing!!!

HSO Fast Green Crack roughly day 60 from seed and 2 weeks outdoors. I put a small bend in her for initial LST training and she got explosive with under growth! This plant definitely has potential of becoming a Monster this year!!!
DSCN1134.JPG

Top down pic of Fast Green Crack! She was topped at the second node at roughly day 14 and was put into LST training when she was transplanted outdoors. She has been explosive with undergrowth ever since and is turning into quite a nice bushy plant...

So I just now realized I already have a small issue and I planted both of the Fast OGKZ outdoors and dont have one running right now to do inside at the moment so this at the moment will be on the Dinafem Quick Kush, Blue WIdow, and the HSO Fast Green Crack. I still have a few of the Fast OGKZ beans left so I will do another round to cover that one next....

Dinafem Blue Widow 47 days from seed. She started out in a solo cup under a 15 watt led light for a few weeks and has since been up potted into a 3 gallon fabric pot with Pro Mix Hp medium. She is now vegging in my grow cab under roughly 300 true watts under the veg setting my lights have. So far the only issue has been a tiny bit of N burn on the tips of her leafs. She has been a light feeder and will grow with mostly water only through the rest of her veg cycle..

I believe she was topped at her 4th node several weeks back and has undergone some super cropping and LST since. She is not one of the Fast versions but I felt it good to throw her in on this Indoor v outdoor test run.. Im kinda curious to see a full on photoperiod flower next to the fast versions anyways!

HSO Fast Green Crack day 19 from seed. I just topped her yesterday and already I see some pretty good undergrowth the next day. I would have to so that so far out of the Fast versions the green crack seems to have the most explosive growth on it! It will be interesting to see them in flower. She was transplanted into the 3 gallon pot about 4 days ago I think. My room issues have caused me some extra work that honestly wasn't necessary but when space is an issue you got to do what you got to do. Im honestly thinking about using some trellis netting this grow to keep them lower as I dont have a ton of vertical height im dealing with either. Possibly 2 more weeks of veg on the indoor girls before I put them into flower maybe 3 at most and Ill have to flip the switch for sure..

Dinafem Quick Kush day 47 from seed. I wish I had this idea a while ago because the indoor grow is kinda spaced out in age now. These girls were honestly left over from my outdoor pheno hunt. The outdoor girls are definitely the best of the best out of the beans I started this year. That being said the indoor girls are top notch as well but just didn't have exactly what I was looking for, for my outside grow... Anyways this girl is looking great I did have a minor Super Cropping accident and lost a branch from being overly aggressive with my training. The branch was still alive but the leafs looked rough and I noticed I had a large hole through the branch where I pinched and bent it over... I just cut it off and now have a funny looking girl lol...

Hopefully I can get the time line all straightened out from here on I had a ton of stuff going on when I started for the outdoor grow and as I said all of this has been an after thought so if anyone notices some timeline issues let me know and I will try and straighten them out. I guess honestly to me the flowering time is most important and the differences between the indoor and outdoor flowering.
