Hope it is fine if I chime in here my friend, but you know my background, and I would say you are 100% correct. Breeder, should have let this strain go for another generation or so before trying to 'lock' in it being a super auto. So yes, if she was mine I would treat her like any full photo. Hopefully once she is flipped to 12/12, she will be a fast finisher in flower. I will be interested to see how she turns out for you.I strongly suspect this isn't deeply breed enough to go fully auto,.. if it stalled this bad, time to treat her like a full photo' plant, and drop to 12/12 on the lights! Stay on the bloom nutes too,.. in a way, I;'m not surprised, if she really has landrace Jamaican genetics in her,... tropical Sativa's are 10 month season plants!
You are way to kind my friend!Stickfriend, nothing doing my man! Your input and experience is always welcome, especially here at Sick Bay-
...your vast experience with a wide variety of genetics and breeding makes you a better call-maker on these things than I am,...
.... Alas, we see an awful lot of half-cooked shizzle these days, ay?!

I can't say bro', too many variables,... and it could be this strain, or pheno, is just plain bad and is wasting your time and $$,.. it's a shitty thing to contemplate, but it may be you have to just ditch her and move on,... if you can wait, see what a couple weeks shows,..if there's no better bud formation, any sign of bloom advancement, then can that POS and bark at the breeder too maybe,... nobody who releases unstable crap should be let off the hook for it, not in these fat fat auto times! Too many other fine breeders,...
