New Grower It's about time..Dutch Passion and ChilLED grow light

hey buddy, dutch passion all the way! dont think my season will ever be without one. what you got for us? :growing:

Thanks for finding my little patch of grass. So glad you are here. I will shortly fill in all of the info in my opening foray ......
To be brief I will have 2 Colorado Cookies, 2 Blackberry Kush all auto and from Dutch Passion. I will also have 2 Northern lights fro Royal Queen, also autos. I am ready to see the beans and transfer them to paper towels. Again glad you are here.
:cheersmate:

I wish people did not use paper towels. Just plant unsoaked seeds into something like root riots or rockwool, 1/2" deep, point up. Soak the planting medium in 25% strength nutrients keep them warm 78°F and moist - not wet. Then there is no chance of damage to lateral root hairs or the all important tap root tip. If you ever looked at a seedling ripped from a paper towel under 200x power microscope you would never use paper towels again.

I rant about this all of the time and I apologize for getting on my soapbox in your thread.

hmm... i just googled those lights as ive never heard of them before...... you've got my attention now!!!
oooh my scotsman senses are tingling mate. i think i smell nessy somewhere. theres definately a monster in the making anyway. well and truly subbed up ma man :greenthumb:

ahahahahahahaha mate i had the same thing almost ready to post when that popped up so i deleted it. i get bored trying to tell people about this, nobody listens lol.

to explain it even more simply.
just put the seed in the root riot....
and thats it....
theyre wet already but dont be a spanner, if it gets dry, wet it...
as long as it isnt in the fridge it'll work. ive germed on my kitchen bunker, under my bed, in the cupboard,on the window ledge, under 540t/w leds. 130w cfl, gave my mate some to do in the greenhouse. 1 falier to pop out of 22. im still on the same pack that cost about 13 quid so i know thats right lol.

oh sorry, i put also put an upside down glass over each one. it helps with humidity and stops them drying out as quickly : )

Nosias:

I wish I had the money to do ChilLeds. Can you give us more information? Space size, which ChilLeds, grow type, Nutrients, CO2, etc...............

Thanks,
I am expanding my first post at this time. so by later tonight I will have more details and pics. SO check back later, please.

@Mañ'O'Green @EvilScotsman

You all can rant to me. As I know nothing except I will not get upset. I thank you both for your good intentions. I will look into it next time as they are in the paper OUCH !!!!! As you know most men are Neanderthal and never really listen :cool1: nor ask nor take directions. :deadhorse:

I do say this with all the good will an Irishman can muster :kissass:

"but of course I did not have to tell you that..."

Yes I agree this light has all of the makings of something really good. It is so new that there is little on line data or testing so I will be a growing where few have tried to grow B4. I am happy to have it and will provide my trials and error to one and all.

I hope to see nessy when we make a visit to Scotland Sept in 2018. As far as monsters go all I strive for is kick ass grass. Unless the heavens open up to greet me and let loose some monsters....................

Oh let the gods be merciful and give me life !!!!!! Oh the joy. :passit: And I said to myself when I saw the seeds, "Self. These look like tiny little ****ers to me. :dang:" Once again I have been proven wrong on my observations. Oh the joy....:holymoly:
