Good to see you made it home safely. Triffid - have thought about that book/movie in a loooooooooong time. You're dating yourself mate.

Looks like she's doing her best imitation of sideshow bob eh

We've had the heating on! But it was easier to sleep, not being in a rain forest! It was 27c and 80%rh at night, tree frogs are the loudest night noise I've ever encountered!

27c and 80% at night - sounds like here. Yea they can be noisy little bastards especially after a good rain. You get used to the noise - it soon blends in with the crickets, gators, and all the other critters living at the edge of the swamp:crying:

The pic doesn't do her justice. She's over 4ft, if I hadn't bungeed the bitch into a corner she would fill the entire tent, the Lsd25 she rooms with has taken this as a personal slight and has also gone long. There's a little pineapple chunk cut underneath them both wondering who turned out the light.

Yer, I'll take a paranoid car alarm and over enthusiastic dog over REAL animal noise any time. Still, given the natural beauty of the place, it was a small inconvenience.
