Such a huge bummer, I workout almost everyday and I haven't felt any adverse effects. Plus I made a bunch of carts. Bah I am sure this will all work out. The dispensary stills sells carts what is the other processes to produce materials for carts?

I made several carts with liquify when I first received my order. They were ok and I even refilled several dispensary carts for friends that I well cleaned with ethanol and didn’t have any issues.
This weekend I wanted to reduce the potency or thin out the remainder that I had so I added a bit of the Deluent that they sent out as a free sample with the order. I became sick the next day with what feels like bronchitis and it’s been that way for a week. I obviously stopped vaping that mix and will get rid of about 8 carts that I filled.
Maybe it’s just coincidence. I’m giving it a few more days before I get alarmed but I definitely have acute bronchitis from something.

When I received the order I went to the site to find out what the Free Deluent was. Very glorious write up about being all natural vitamin E based and they said it was actually healthy for you.
Not so much. Unless they intend to send me an amount equivalent to my purchase in the only item they still sell which is the SerVm then I would probably not have much good to say about these folks. I spent over $100 to try out a new vendor and process. Everything I bought is NLA in there site as if today. Never mind the lost product and time to produce.

Do you have any thoughts on replacing your NLA and potentially dangerous product with something else. I’d have no issue sending it back.

The time and material I wasted on it was not. If I gave you free gas that destroyed your car would you have a complaint. If I gave you a free steak that made you sick would you say oh well it was free. If you are saying that because it was free I shouldn’t be pissed that I am home from work and been sick all week. I paid for the liquify and the sample packs of Liquefy that that took down also. That was close to $80 of the order. I’m sure all of the mods that got EVERYTHING for free have no complaints. But since I appear to be the only one on this site that placed a legit order in this section and paid for it....

This is the issue I have. @Ripper seriously going to make me look like shit because I’m complaining about a product that a vendor sent for free that made me sick. I clearly won’t support any more AFN vendors if the community isn’t concerned about who we allow to be here. There was also NO AFN discount and never bitched about that.

I just live my life differently than most I guess. I believe that everything we do should be for a good reason and to try my hardest to make things right for everyone. I just need to stop expecting everyone else to do the right thing. Happiness is more important than money and unfortunately it takes to many to long to figure that out.

I just want you to know that I have used that product many times. Like about 100 cartridges. And not one person has had an issue with it. I only use SerVm now. There is a bug going around maybe you caught that. I also never reuse cartridges because whatever you clean them with will not 100% dissolve and you will smoke some of it. Ethanol is terrible stuff.

Woah buddy, we NEED your feedback! We have never, ever, ever been under obligation to pucker up and kiss butt to ANYONE here. I think people often confuse "I'm excited because I got something new and free" with "we're in bed with the vendor." We need feedback, good or bad.
Vitamin E is what the labs and medical field is looking at specifically to see if that's causing illness. So yes, pointing that out is both valid and critical for what we're doing.
Shouldn't matter if you got it free or not.
Well I'm glad to see they are taking the high ground and telling us to not take a risk, whether or not the claims being made are valid or not. The FDA has not been very forthcoming with information, yet I'm willing to bet they'd gotten their hands on at least some of the victims tanks and tested the contents. The FDC would like nothing better than to totally ban all these devices and have stated so in round about ways.... and this opens the door for them to ban them
And the flip side is, what the hell were we smoking before there was any legalization?? I guaranty you very few even considered such.
From what I can deduct, the problem with the illegal carts is they may be using just about anything to liquidize the canna resin, coconut oil, mineral oil, etc., which are known to cause the exact type of problem that's now being seen. Its call Lipoid Pneumonia.
So, as much as I like the convenience of liquid vapes, there are lots of concentrate vapes out there these days, I've already bought one and it works well with just plain old bubble hash. I can't wait to try some rosin or concentrate in it. Hopefully I'll be taking a trip soon to a legal state to shop for some lol!

It could be anything, I could have a bug. I don’t deny that at all. I also could have aggravated my lungs another way and this was just the straw that broke the camels back.
What my issue is is that this vendor took the product that I bought of the market a week after I purchased it. I got an ounce of flavor less liquify and I got a sampler of the flavored liquify that was a pick four deal.
I’m going to take some time today and try to use the way back web machine. Where @MassTerpenes says vitamin E is actually good for you to vape. Seems pretty irresponsible to do without any proof.
I know most of you guys got the SerVm from them that is still available online but I am speaking of a product called specifically Deluent (free)and the Liquefy.
I don’t bitch and would never call and demand a refund but in this case since they are a sponsored vendor it seems like a god spot to call on them to replace the product. Regardless of my correct or incorrect assumption of what may have caused my issue I don’t feel comfortable using what they have discontinued. So I will be losing $100 in purchased product and about 8 grams of RSO and the time and material to make it. To ask that they send the same amount in their retail price of the product that they feel is safe to cover that would be less than $50 there cost.
And the right thing to do.
I have recently purchased from Megabuds and although not a vendor Wicked Pissah seeds to show support for our community. Not because I have to but because it makes sense. It’s the same reason I’ll buy from Mephisto before seedsman. It’s the right things to do.
I know I said I was done with this discussion so I don’t want to argue with anyone. But let’s not take the same reckless approach they did by saying just because it doesn’t effect XYZ then it must be ok. People have been vaping with VG PG and PEG with known side effects so now we get companies randomly creating their own new viscous fluids from who knows what and making wild claims and because they say they don’t contain PEG then they must be good for you. My guess is that the Deluent from these guys is simply mineral oil and vitamin E. Liquefy might not be far off. And since they all work under the “proprietary” cloak they can pretend it’s not in there best interest to tell you. I call BS. This isn’t DOW chemical with some super secret formula that they created in a lab. Seems like a bunch of weekend mixologists playing guinea pig with the public.
