Thanks JM, considering i haven't even had any means to check the ACTUAL ph of my water it's been a good go. Didn't even bother buying a new ph pen yet. I've been able to read these plants pretty well.

Can't wait to see them run with perfect PH and everything..

The color of them though!!! Can't wait to see you run them JM. They are a nice change from the usual fruity of most autos. This stuff is more in line with a "dank" pot smell. That sort of pooie vanilla kind of smell. Pot smell is hard to put words to some times.

Here is another, to help with dry mouth... This ALF is great looking.
I have color from all but one ALF#3 and a good few of the ICU's are showing hints, plus the red ICU. Been a colorful go this round.

Thank you wiz!! Wizard indeed. You don't see this kind of color very often in 12/12 strains.. Let alone autos.. We're growing canna history jm!

For me, i am going to eliminate the transplant. If i can get your size plant with an FD bud weight i am going to SMASH yield expectations.
Seeing how well your's, FD's and dargo's did with a good root drop. I think there is some thing to it.

Id have to agree on this there is something to the root drop. I did it in the 1 gal pots and got stupid numbers nigger than before and then i added it to just a simple party cup and she doubled the size of the cups from last summer.

I think with the combo of a good root drop and a later preflower amazons are gonna be easy to get and seen on the regular. But like you said the bud weight is the other factor and if you are seeing the monster main stem already get ready for some numbers dude. :dance2::dance2:

On a side note. I have been testing a theory. A few of the plants, the ones i know have good roots. I've been watering VERY often, not letting them dry out. Treating it like a hand-water coco type grow. I have had good success, they aren't dropping from over watering. I was saying to FD that i think the bubbled water is saturated with enough oxygen that the roots don't drown like they normally would.
I didn't add any extra perlite to the soil ether, straight promix.
For a plant i would water once per week i am going 2/3 times per week.

I guess i should have read this before i sent you that monster PM LOL. You hit the nail on the head with this. It allows almost a slow release of constant o2 as the water warms in there. If its cold you can get more in there. The heat releases the added o2 as the temp goes up. Usually with in 2 days the soil is dry enough to hit again. They eat almost all the time this way.

Once i seen how red she was i re-dusted her bottom half. To ensure i have a fair bit of beans.

It's only because i've stopped looking for it. I was like you for a long time.. Chasing that purple nugget. Now that i am focused on some thing else they start poping out of the woodwork. Not complaining thought, red rooster has stolen my heart. I smoked some purple indica that had red fans on it. But never the actual buds like this. I can't wait to get it chopped to photo the shit out of her.

Going to send some into high times. See what they do with it. They loved subcool's stuff? Wait until they get a load of The Purple Wizard's work..

Got some ALF#3 to show off. Super stinky. Almost looks like DC when it gets those curled frosty leaves. I can't wait to do a run of just these.

ALF#3 was Made to take the DC to turn it AF.

DC is simply a Specialist Afghan...

so ALF#3 was made with JEM...(Mazar is the indy side of afghan..)
Pure Afghan x LR...(to get the broad band base Afghan genetic in there..)
And White Russian..which sounds odd..But @ the time of pollenation
the Russian males were the most dominant Afghan on the patio....
Gotta remember that they contain the AF 3 parent genetics..the dominance was there.

So ALF#3 has a Big set of differing Afghan traits in there...not surprising that
certain similar traits are available...just means I got My selections right.

One set of ALF#3 were let to run..as they wanted to be..so as not to close off the selection base.
They are the General ALF#3.

An one set were rolled towards the Ultra Indy....They are the Stinkers.

The Stinkers are the ones with the higest percentage of Hollow stems..

so keep your eyes open when you take them down.

It also means that ALF#3 is Perfect for any hybrider wanting to take ANY Afghan Photo over to AF..she was Designed for the job.

The smell is just perfect. Earthy, pooie, lemony, vanilla type smells.

Ha ha ha...Only the girls could get us excited about a smell like that...:clap:

I was after some purple, but i have to be honest. I am in love with this red!!!

I Think Red is better than the purple too..was an absolute Bitch to try to isolate out..so maybe I am biased.
Don't get me wrong.......I am spoiled and I have some of the most Beautiful purples
But..
Red is more Unusual..and I like the unusual...
would just suit a Curiosity Collector..

Yup...

It's amazing to look at, the buds look like they glow, like burning embers.

Blushers....there is one where the bottom of the calyx comes in Peach..
the red/pink/peach is one of My Favourites.

mr.mc says he was mixing red and white bud off the BB's..I Think..
and he said it was a Class smoke.

BB is probably the Strongest rolled for the RED trait..so she would be a good choice to hit it with to try to Meld/strengthen it out.

I'll write down the weights for sure. I have a feeling it won't take me long, i'm going to start germing right into the 2 gal grow bag. I think when i did that with the auto assasin, it wasn't the bag that slowed them. It was the strain itself. Total lack of vigor.

12 inch drop seems Optimum to me...
But..
I Will be testing out a 28 inch drop pot come spring..test..test..test...

ALF as a tool seems inevitable, think how often gannies are used in todays non af breeding. The OG's are said to be an afghan line.. you may have givin me the exact tool i need to complete the autoOG cross. And do it properly.
