My methode and some tips !
1 Cut the material fine when wet then put in the freezer for a couple of months!
2 Use an open freezer!
3 clean buckets and screens
4 Use demi-water and crushed ice made from demi-water!
5 keep the temperature around freezing point!
6 Get different screens from 20-240 micron and best like 5 different screens
(depends on the quantity of material you have, the more material the more screens gets interesting, some screens will contain allot of stuff and others almost nothing but this depends on the strain)
7Get a clean mixer (building material) and a good cordless drill that can be put on slow speed!
8 Place the mixer in the bucket put some ice in it and a layer of plant material and again some ice and again plant till the bucket is filled for 3/4!
9 Start mixing for Half a minute on the slowest setting, and in the meanwille add some water until it gets a slush!
10 Now let it stand for 5 minutes and mix again for 10 seconds!
11 Place your screens in a big bucket twice as big as the original ( from big to small) and pour the mixture in the bags!
12 After that you should raise the bags above the big bucket and pour as much water trough it as possible!
( at the end you lower all the bags except the biggest on where all the plant and ice material is stuck in, if you dont do this the hash will stick on the bottom of this bag)
13 Now empty the biggest bag containing ice and plant material in the small bucket and put in freezer so the temp doesn't rise to much!
14 Now you have cached the premium hash in your bags, remove the hash from the screens and keep them seperated!
15 Restart the mixing but now for 10 min and repeat the process!( slow mixing!!)
16 You now have the second grade hash!
17 If you like you can repeat this one more time or you can now go for the bulk method!
18 Pour all the material in the big bucket and mix like 1-3 minutes at full speed!
19 Take your bags and bucket filled with the mixture to the shower!
20 Pour all the material in the bags and take the showerhead and start flushing with cold water trough the bags until all the ice is gone! (5_10 minutes)
21 Now you have bulk hash in your bags, the hash will be green(organic plant material) depends on the time you mixed it on full speed!( sometimes you will be surprised how much you yield this way!)
22 Now important to get the water out of the hash as fast as possible!
23 Best way is to freeze-dry unfortunately, the machine to do this is very expensive !
24 So pressing between chlorine free paper or cloth that doesn't loose fibers is the best alternative to loose the water.
25 Start working the hash or use a press!
