New Grower HYDROPONICS- Reverse Flood Table- Abducted by Aliens in the Bermuda Triangle

Oh yea .... use a temp gauge at plant level and don’t really pay attention to dials numbers, rather dial in by temp at plant range, not the controller area .... easy preezy to use!
I guess my next question would be. Is it more cost efficient to just buy a heater with a built in controler? Or are the built in ones not as accurate or something? I guess im missing the selling point if a new oil heater with a digital readout is $60.

Your best bet is the controller, anyways why would you want two heaters and something you can only use in winter verses the controller, which you’ll use year round ..... I promise you brother you won’t regret it plus final word, it controls humidity as well, smethinng the heater cannot do.

OK one last, if it was a Pro Grow - think they would buy a second heater or the controller?

I gotta agree with Pro. If your heater wasn't capable of getting the temps where you wantedd it, that would be another story. Since it is, a controller would dial it in and allow you to add a cooler or evaporative fan on the other end to cool things down when that is needed.

Again, though, I think your temp swings are fine and shouldn't affect things poorly. If it gets colder than 65, I think you want better control.

The temp controllers are always better than a built-in one on the heater.
With the temp controller, you can put the sensor at canopy level and not sitting in the corner like a built-in one would be.
I just bought an Inkbird temp controller and a humidity controller and am loving them.

Bro I’m not sure on that, seems it’s for HVAC and heater but I’ve never seen or used ... the GreenAir is specifically for grow rooms .... with such a high value crop I wouldn’t grow without!
Ah OK. Thanks for letting me know. I’ll look for the growing one.
