I was growing 420bud's green crack auto very successfully and it was week 5. One night something went wrong with blowing heater in the grow space and it blew 8 hours straight extremely hot air and the plants very severely damaged. Two of them looked like almost dead. I fixed the heater as soon as I noticed the problem and gave only water to plants for couple of days. I removed badly burned leafs also.

The plants seem to recover and started to grow again pretty nicely after 7-10 days. How does this type of situation effect life cycle of autoflowers? Does this add one week to total growing time or what?

Trying to gauge if something is going to effect growing time by a week is like trying to count all the clouds in the sky..... damn impossible. Better to wonder if it will effect yield, probably, but as you can't even guess what it would have been, let alone what it will be, best to just chill, help it out as best you can and accept what it gives you..

Yes I guess I can only hope for the best. The roots are probably ok because the plants seems to recover quickly.

It has been 10 years since I have grown cannabis plants and I had forgot how nice it is.

Yup, started again in 2020 after 30 or more years.....Back in the zen zone of growing.

It might affect yield, but autos are on a timer and it shouldn't affect harvest time by much. If you only lost foliage, I think you're still going to have a good grow.

Any stress may well effect yield but some auto strains can take a lot of battering but all you can do is just keep her happy I'd say also do you have any pics
