New Grower How many autos in a 4X4 tent?????

I'm trying to figure how many in my tent for next cycle also, 4.5x4.5 tent. I have 4x 4' plants in 2gal Hempy's now, with an 18" pedestal fan and 1500w oilfilled rad heater in tent currently (garage grow). It appears to me I can fit up to 7 in 3 gal or similar size auto's at under 3' or so.

Bud Wiser, take a close look at James pic again. The smart pots are sitting atop the 5gal buckets turned upside down. My guess to level the canopy.

I picked up a smart pot to run a comparison, it has no lifting handles like i'v seen on other fabric pots. Also picking up a few Oxy pots from HTG Supply.. their version of an airpot.

Wow 9!! How is that working out....... have you grown that many before? What did you harvest?

I use 3 gallon Geo Pots and its not as tight as you would think. Yes I have grown for years and my cycle is 9 plants in 3 rows of 3. My harvests are usually between 2 and 3 oz per plant. I also use tons of lst and supercropping with great results. in my flower tent now I have 1 walter white, 2 white train, 1 sour bubbly, 1 sour hound, 1 tyrone special, 1 ripleys og, 2 ak 47 x white widow, and in my veg tent I have 3 diesel berry, 2 supernatural og, 2 super lemon haze, 2 blue kush

Appreciate all the feedback and advice guys....it really makes things easier..... So I went to the autopot website and used their layout tool to create a layout..... 8 pot set up which I think im going to go with and a 10 pot set up using the easy2grow pots..... Oh by the way....I will have the reservoir located outside the tent.

Hey guys... I've only used the smart pots Bud Wiser. I like the smart pots but I ran into a issue early on with the Supernatural og's getting root bound after only 3 weeks. There was to much root mass comin out the bottoms of em for the "air prune " idea to really work. I tiered my 2 biggest plants into the 5 gallon buckets... And I also tiered my Tyrone Special, Toof Decay, and Ripleys Og into the 5 gallon buckets as well! Their overall growth since I tiered the 5 plants is ridiculous! I definitely love the buckets compared to the smart pots. The 5 that I have in the smart pots still are flourishing too now... But with the 3 supernatural og's their height stopped at 18 inches and 20 inches. My supernatural og's in the buckets are 34 inches and 28! And they are huge! I definitely keep a close eye for mold and fungus too... With them being that tight. Like both of those setups though Bud Wiser! And I definitely have the smart pots on the overturned buckets to try and keep and even canopy with the littler ones! 420 Luv everyone and Happy Growing!

What kind of light is that Bud Wiser? Led? And it appears we have the same tent too. Apollo Horticulture 4x4x6.7? I'm lovin this tent. So happy I didn't spend 300 on a Guerrilla Grow tent!

Thats a 4X3 T5-8bulb light hanging and 2 360watt (3w) leds on the floor..... The plan is to use the T5 for vegging and the Leds for flower...... Yeah I saw no reason to purchase a Guerrilla tent......seems a bit pricey for the application.

Only thing with that Apollo grow tent is that my side openings don't work.. Like the zippers. Initially I wasn't worried about it... But definitely would like to use em now so I can access the ladies from the side without havin to take em out! But if I open em I can't get em zipped back up. Barely got em zipped up after I set it up. Wanted to unzip em to try the zippers out. Turned into aa hour process just to get em back closed! Blahhhhh... Lol

I paid 190.00 and it came with 8 5700k bulbs....

this is old..but more than 4 plants ime and the plants will be smashed into the walls where condensation and eventually mold outbreaks will occur
