Indoor HM's Vision Northern Lights Grow Journal

I forgot to mention that I really appreciated your advice on the hydrometer lids. Mine were off considerably and I'm glad I was able to sort that out.

That cash crop is huge! Can't wait to see her when she is ripe. NL looks like she is going to be a high yielder. I guess NL is a potent strain because from my early test, mine is super potent. I don't have any experience with other strains, but I do think NL will be an all time favorite of mine.
NL is one of the most potent strains I've grown. That's why I'm back to growing out another!!!

That's why we are here, to learn from other peoples experiences. Those cure lids are really handy, that is for sure.

Wow that's huge the colas on that cash crop will be insane that's a rather long pheno with the vision nl
yeah, the Vision NL strain is a long running strain, but the quality is just insane, well worth the wait. It does not seem as long when you are expecting a long run from the beginning. It helps to have a good stash built up too!! LOL

After I calibrated the lids in the Ziploc it occurred to me to just put the boveda in the jar and put the lid on. So that's what I did and I got the same reading as in the baggies. So next time I'll save a step and calibrate with the jars.

Should work just as good, maybe take a little longer to reach in the jar, but theory is the same.

pH on the Cash Crop took a nose dive down to 5.8, so gave her a proper 3X the pot size flush and followed up with 900 ppm, 6.4 pH mixture of Bloom A&B, CaliMagic, MicroBlast, Sensazyme, B52, Big Bud, Carboload, Rhino Skin, VooDoo and Piranaha. Wow, that's alot of shit, I would love to find a nute line that performs like AN, but not so damn many different sups. Been looking at Humbolt line, anybody use Humbolt that has also used AN? I would love to hear your opinon of the two. I had been pushing the nutes on Cash Crop, she's such a big bitch I thought she may be a hungry girl too. Was up to 1100 ppm before she gave me the tip burn, so backing the ppm down to normal. I am sure the extra feed is what gave me the pH drop, but now excess is washed out, she should be good to go into the home stretch. NL is slowly ripening up. Starting to get alot of purple colors in the buds, so she is getting close. She is really slow about giving me the leaf yellowing I like to have. I usually leave her go until all the big fan leaves have yellowed, and the ones on the buds are starting to turn. It looks like the big top colas are going to be ready soon, with the rest needing a couple more weeks after that. She is 108 days old now, and can't live forever as much as she tries.
