New Grower First grow – Log – Seedstockers Auto Northern Lights

cannabis is apically dominant, you might want to check new growth on/near the top since that's where the most hormones are concentrated and the most is happening

At the moment, all new growth is at the bottom (go figure lol)

Day 75

Comparing the 1st pic of each day over the past week, stretch appears to be over. Her water uptake has also slowed back down, according to the Bluetooth Soil Monitor and finger test. The Buds/Colas also appear to have stopped fattening up. I also see tip burn starting on the new growth (had to zoom in), so she may be stressed and stunted. I will stop amendments, and start flushing.

@RastaDaniel pH straight from tap is 7 with ppm 40. Once left for 24hrs to dechlorinate, ppm is 35. BioTabs advise no need to measure pH or EC as "the soil life is in control and she know what to do"

Day 76

She's finally ready for watering, so watered with 2 litres dechlorinated plain tap water. Hopefully the extra water will help.

Would suspect you’re PH is very high, probb 7+ run off. Should probb lower to 6 with all watering

Okay, so just had to dig out the old analogue soil monitor as it turns out my Bluetooth one does not check soil pH. When I first started this grow, the pH of the soil was around the 6 to 6.5 mark. Now it is just hitting 8 :cuss: :cuss::cuss::cuss:

Can anyone advise of a way to fix this cheaply and organically?

Used coffe grounds as top dressing. What i use and keep PH balanced with alkaline tap water

DOH! Just realized that all my used coffee grounds were already put in the food waste bin, and my Nespresso machine is f*$%^d. Can't wait for my new machine to arrive so not only can I get my fix, but get the grounds too (I use this to empty the capsules for recycling).

Oh well, until I can get some coffee grounds for top dressing, I will try to lower my water's pH with Lemon Juice. She's still quite moist from yesterday's mega watering, so there's time for other suggestions and more searching the web.

Day 78

She's still a bit too moist to water. Hopefully she'll be ready tomorrow, so I can try and get the pH of the soil back down.
