Thanks for the replies guys, I actually did grow with this light for couple months, it's actually not bad, but I always get fluffy buds, might be the genetics, might be my sadistic I, or the lights actually suck, my budget is tight so I'm in for the diy, $200 for lights is kinda my limit, I just don't think more than that is actually reasonable .
I wanna strip open those lights and see how much they actually produce, and if needed, to upgrade them.

I'm thinking QB132 x 4 with a 320 watt driver but you're going to need aluminum for a frame and some wire. The boards are $135 and the driver is around $90. That's over budget. Maybe alibaba has some cheaper alternatives but I've never dealt with them

Fluffy nugs... big sign of under lightning... DIY cobs or quantum boards would be choice, 3500k or 4000k would be a big improvement Pretty much plugging color coded wires in anymore. Found it's power supply, I will go the diy way sense I can strip any of those china leds and just work on them.

Yeah man you can swing over to the LED diy section and learn how to turn that thing into a proper light fairly cheaply.

Will do that for sure, but I'm also really interested in those quantom boards, I usually fight heat, it gets really hot over here.

Did a research and what's up with hlg selling their boards so much more than what Alibaba does? Hlg buys them from their factory, $376 for an hlg v3 with lm301h...
