Does anyone have the newest version of HLG quantum board? Just dropped on HLGs website. Produced directly by Samsung. Just ordered a pair of them with a compatible driver. I'm using an XL heating and will post pictures of my build once all the pieces show up.

Have you looked into Budget led i got the series 3 red spec 500 watt dimmable for 650 dollars plug and go

It looks like they are charging as much per single 301H Diablo board and heat sink combo, $197, as were charging for the entire kit including the driver and hardware for the older 288 Rspec 301b based 135w. Wonder why? The prices for 301h based boards that I have seen on Alibaba are more than the 301B’s but not this much more.

The new boards have 648 diodes per board, instead of 288. According to their website they are rated for 5000ma, where the 288 is on rated for 3000ma. You might already have a driver that is compatible. So you could just buy the boards and be set.

Had a chance to assemble my light this weekend. Two of the new QB648+ Diablo boards
XL HLG heat sink
HLG 240H-C1750A Meanwell Driver
Still need to rob the 3 pin power cord connector off my other light when the plant under it is finished.

They should have spread the lights out more. I think if they covered the whole area you have it would be perfect.

Cool. Someone either on here or another forum told me a while back that this particular two board setup with the extra long heat sink is kind of designed for a 2 x 4 tent. The short 260 looks more like it is intended for a 3x3.
This light is intended for a 2x4x6. That's why I went for the XL heat sink.

My experience with the qb boards is they are bright as crap and I only have the v2 120 that is a ton of light on one spot.
