Mephisto Genetics HELP WANTED. GROWING SERIOUS DANK

Contrary to popular belief nutes are not the most important thing when growing. Do they have NPK in them? Do you have some sort of Micronutrients to add to the NPK? If so that is all you really need. There are lots of folks who grow super killer weed with basic nutes.
I've heard of stuff like bud hardener. Does that make a difference?

Some of them can work, but are totally not essential to the growing process. You can get perfectly hard dense nugs if you grow the plant correctly. I would recommend as stated above you doing some research into the "lucas" forumula. The only thing I would sugest you do that they do not is make sure to change your resivour at leat once every 14 days. Other than that it will give you a great idea on how pot plants react to your green thumb, Once you have a basic understanding of how they are going grow under your care.

I will give you an analogy, if you are going to learn calculus you first have to learn algebra and get a basic understand of how mathematics work and the basic rules like PEMDAS because without it nothing else will make sense. It is the same way with growing, until you understand how NPK and pH work it is not really of concern about bud harderners or flavor enhancers etc. Do me a favor and let me know what your nutrients have in them. A list of all the ingredients and the NPK ratio, I will let you know what to use and what not to be worried with. I promise if you listen to the advice given here on AFN you will grow some super dank weed.

I'll do my research into npk and update journal.

N is Nitrogen, P is Phosphorus and the K is Potassium they are the base nutrients or Macro nutrients. It should be listed on the bottle of all the nutrients and will look like this 5-10-35 and that is the N P and K ratio

The toofless alien has had a growth stunt do to taproot breaking. Moved al ph from 6.0-6.4 to 5.5-5.8. My ppms climbed from around 150-180 to 200 on all three. Which is why i dropped ph. I'm hoping the plants will now feel more comfortable and take up more nutes.
What do you guys think? When should I start first feeding? I'm doing research on how to use nutes because I've forgotten how:( any help?

No nutes until two weeks or so, are your ppms at that level out of the tap? Is that what you are using tap water?

I'm using ro. It's like 60ppms before anything. They all look happy and perky. But also look like they're losing their color a bit

Ok so you need to give them only RO for the first two weeks, change all your rez's with just RO water. What are you giving them this early out of curiosity, what is the other 140 ppms made up of?

I added 3 mls of cal mag and 1ml of golden tree. I noticed nute stress on Chem 1 so I changed Rez and dropped ppm to about 180

They do not need anything extra at this point, they are getting all their nutrition from the cotyledon(the first little flat things that come out of the ground before real leaves form) they are working on expanding their roots so they can absorb nutes from the water. If you are going to add anything at this point it should just be something like Orca which is endomycrhozial fungi that is in liquid form and helps them establish super healthy roots. So Change your res to just RO and wait til they have their second set of true leaves and then start feeding at about 120, then gradually work up from their. If your ppms go up your plant is not eating but leaching nutes back into the water. If your PPMs go up, add back RO. If they go down add back nutrient rich solution. Does that make sense?

But for now you do not need to feed them anything, they cant use it and it only hinders their growth
