Hecno's on going organics

.... another fun cool shaped species, Macroclinium,... fan-like leaf presentation,... mine is unconfirmed species; flowers look very much like the pic,... It's recovering super well after the mount went sour on it, best it's ever been,.. loves the tree fern plaque, and the teak back piece will never go foul! .... She's bloomed before, and when this round of newer growth matures, it'll be a real show!

... glassy flowers, crazy structure elements; likely one of the "lock and key" insect-flower pollinating deals... see how far out the column juts!

:spels: ....Den. speciosums are getting beat up by lousy weather, flowers are hating it,... if I can snap some decent shot's tomorrow, I'll post,... meantime, the Laelias! You've seen them before , but always a treat for the eyes....

>>> Laelia hybrid, Santa Barbara Sunset ... hard to get good perspective pics of due to long spikes,... in the nursery, they would get 4+' long!

Those are some sensual looking orchids! Reminded me of a Georgia O'Keefe painting I've seen. Shape is very suggestive of my favorite thing if you catch my drift :woody:

:smoking: :eyebrows: mmm-hmmm,.....ahhhhh yeahhh...:pimp: .... You're probably more right than we know! I'm preeeetty sure she was inspired by either the Laelia or Cattleya genera, the shapes are so close,... *snicker snort*,... :crying: porn is porn, don't we know it! :hump:

 Thank you my friend, I appreciate your appreciation-... I'll add you to the weekly porn subscription, gratis! :woody: :haha:
.... yar, the Macroclinium genus is a trip,... most make this dandelion-like poof ball of flowers, and they are all easily ID'able by the shape, nothing else like them,... I'm lucky with this species, it grows well in temperate/cool temps, even though it's a warm-lover (Central America)..... I'll see about the speciousum pics shortly here,....

...And now for something completely different,.....

*nom nom nom*,....:crying: .... fed my mate today,....almost missed the shots, he was busy.... :crisps:

This is a little one , I showed me old mate Crocodile Dundee how to catch the big ones , I was down the Pub one Friday night with me mates and he asked me to show him and I did , Then the bugger asked if I want to be in one of his movies , as ya can see I have a fat tummy , which by the way you have to have just in case the dam thing gets a wrap around ya [ special training needed ] Ok , back to the movie , Narr mate can't do that , image what the old flower would say with me having 5 young sheilas hanging off me -- I'dd rather pat a crocodile --. :smoking::thumbsup:

:crying: Lucky you mate, they come to visit and feed at your place! :yoinks:..... My guy is an old man now, nearly 30!...got him in '89 ,... guess he just needs reading glasses! ... he gets walked regularly though, Ball's aren't much for roaming it seems,.. over the years I've f*cked up and lost track of him, or left the top open enough to him to slip out,.. he's never goes far  I find him in the same room usually,.... I had a Mexican Black Kingsnake (looked like a Black Mamba!) that was a live wire, Houdini incarnate as well! He made to the damn garage once! Wish I has pics, he was patent leather black with opalescent sheen all over like a Rainbow Boa,.. gorgeous!

:headbang: Dude, you missed you chance at fame and fortune! And just as likely, you'd have watched Dundee get killed by a Saltie or some other highly toxic bugger... Theeeen, you could've slip right into his role,... :muahaha::rofl: ..... no worries about the beer tank my friend, it's standard issue for yah back country boys right? Yours ain't bad, I can see some definition peeking through there,...don't care to define what it is I see though,... :crying: :pighug:

that explains the mistake. I always remember labia instead of laelia... LOL. I failed plant ID for my terrible memory for names. retook it and did pretty good though.
