I know it’s a combo you are looking for, but thought I would show you what I use after going through a bunch of cheap crap. These both work well, will take a drop in the water, and the pH meter has a replaceable head that i highly recommend. I find I get about a year or more from a head, depending on how many time I screw up and leave it out to dry. I only check my meters a couple times a year, the EC meter has never been off and the pH meter only by a click or two. And both can be calibrated easily.

I think the pH replacement head is only 35 or so. I always keep one on hand. The one I have replaced just went, no slow calibration adjustments, just went haywire after a year or so. I like that rather than recalibrating time after time while it dies slowly. :smoking:

Since 9/15 I have replaced that head once around 7/16, but haven’t since. Of course my tool care has increased with the cost of the tool. I use the soaking solution and keep the head wet ALL the time. Even when working with it I will keep a cup of water to rinse it with and soak it in during that session. It goes through a set or two of the button type batteries a year. This is usually when I recalibrate it too.

So I am really dependent on the accuracy of my scale. Made up a gallon today and put in 4.5g MC, 2g CMP, 1g SC. My ppm meter clocked it at 1000ppm, idk I just poured it in after a ph check which was a nice piss yellow. Last gallon was at 860 and they still look a little pale.

Here they are today at day 21ish,

GWK (left) has been moved into the flower tent, along side an organic Walter White. See what I mean about pale?

Skywalker hempy gal is looking greener, still not as healthy as I'd like to see. I gave her a topping/FIM not sure which one, after pics. She looks like a good candidate, so I pulled the trigger.

Ok so my scale is dead nuts on as far as I can tell. Measured 6 nickels, each one increased exactly 5 grams. Now my last batch of 4.5g MC, 2g CMP, 1g SC in RO water got me to 1000ppm on my meter. GWK loves it and has greened up a bunch, and has grown quite a bit. Skywalker has gotten fairly cooked. So now I got to dilute for her or make her her own mix. I've already given her a diluted feed and she seems happier, but unfortunately the damage is done.

Well I think something went wrong with my previous mix. I mixed up a gallon last night with 4.3g MC, 1.7g CMP, 1.2g SC and my meter shows 760ppm, which seems more like it should be. Thing is my GWK is thriving on the last mix, whereas the Skywalker got fried initially. Gave them both the 760ppm mix last night, but I think GWK will fade at that rate. On to the pics,

GWK day 28ish got topped last weekend and has really booshed out, and has greened up nicely from my last gallon of feed.

Skywalker day 28ish, poor girl, as you can see. Despite the overfeed, she is growing.

Here is the worst leaf, and only about 4 fan leaves have this cooked taco effect.

Day 35 and I got GWK on 5g MC, 2g CMP, 1g SC. Gives me 1000 ppm allegedly and she loves it. Shes really doing well, had to remove a LOT of undergrowth.

Skywalker is improving, I am just diluting what I mix for GWK down to around 600-650 ppm.
