New Grower Growing while in extreme pain - My Journey so far

Just took a quick photo, not very good. but it gives you an idea of what I mean that the seedling doesn't look like it's doing too terribly much compared to the growth rate of some other seedlings. It looks healthy (i think), and im guessing there's a lot of energy going to root growth

I'd move a little soil away from that seedling, let her get more light. I only see the one leaf, if it has 2, make sure they are both exposed to the light.

yeah there's only one leaf which is what is stumping me. I don't know what is going on there. i'll move some soil away.

sprouts are a bundle of protein and hormones, they can do strange things during initial growth!
I'd say this is strange for me. I guess if it lives, I won't care if it's a mutant. Or if it grows slower. It's probably growing this way so it can handle the stress.

Well my plans for the day fell through, so I'm going to decide if I want to germ a plant to just try to have a second one going/have an out door plant. I just don't know if i have the tent space. I'm thinking one plant is all I can manage, but being the impatient person I am. I want something super quick...

Is it possible I had too big of a pot for the mephistos?

I'm attempting to germinate the remaining unlabeled automix seed I got from gorilla seed bank using the method @pop22 mentioned.
I have room only for a 3 gallon pot in the tent so I am going to be using a smaller pot than maybe I should.
I hope to see one of them finish at a fast speed and get me some quick smoke while the other is still growing to its full potential.

you will do fine!. don't get itchy.... leave it alone until its been in the towel for 24 hours at least. don't plant until you have at least a 1 inch taproot. When you plant, hold the seedling by the head, use your finger to make a hole and lower it in. while still holding it upright, push the sides of the hole closed around the root, leaving just the seed shell/cotyledon above the soil.. It will appear as nothing happening for a couple days, until the root is well established, then you'll see growth.
I've started watering my sprouts/seedlings with a shot glass of water a day and use a spray bottle to keep the soil/coco/etc moist. I water on the 4th or 5th day with 6-8 ounces of water. By then, you should see growth begin to take off!
