Grow your own in the outdoor heat, maybe Australia!!

Hmmmm...powerfeed(both versions) would be made more as a vegetative formula, rather than a bloom booster. High in nitrogen will push leaves(not flower), and high in potassium(K) will push a strong branching system(which will aid in flower). For an ideal bloom booster to go along with biobizz bloom 2-7-4 , something like 1-5-4 ratio would work.
Thanks WeedWarrior, i wonder if potash is good if diluted has a on packet ( 0-0-47-17) K? around 17-47

The little bastards cause some grief at times alright!! Have you found they don't like some strains as much? This year the real standout was S.O.D.K(mephisto) they hardly seemed interested in them yet were loving the fantasmo Express and fugue state beside them!
I spray the BT just on the gutt feeling that those catapilar bastards are around or see a moth after dark... Nice journal and looks like its going well brother from the other side.

0-47-17 ? Thats a solid ratio for a bloom booster, but yes i would run it diluted for sure. Between that and your base nutrient it should work well enough!

Thanks WeedWarrior, i;ll keep it diluted
With 4 numbers i think the 4th is calcium so 0 N 0 P 47K 17 Ca

Thanks islandgrower, it appears on their website Richgrow has the figures 0N:0P:41K, so maybe a misprint on backet with the 17?

Great thread and the same conditions as mine although the months are reversed. I did alright last summer in similar conditions to what y’all are experiencing there down under about now. I thought I’d try playing with a garden hose misting system this coming summer. I want to see if I can improve some humidity around a couple plants. If it works, I’ll rig one up for all of them. Won’t work during flower, of course, but if it helps keep them cool on those crazy hot, breezy and cloudless days it’ll be worth it.

I also found that my plants in larger pots did better. The bigger the pot the better. So, this summer I’m going to try for some trees in 100.150 & 200 gallon fabric pots; besides some in the ground. Last thing is...I’m going to run Blumats to keep the soil moist. Ideally I’ll have an automated watering system that uses RO water because my well water is so crappy. I really think the key to thriving in heat (aside from genetics) is keeping things as cool as possible; and moist soil is cooler that dry soil. I’m going the living organics route so I don’t have much choice but to keep the soil consistently moist.

Looking forward to learning lots from your thread!

If its 0-0-41 then its use as a bloom booster is far more limited, than a 0-41-17

what i did this morning WeedWarrior, i used powerfeed (less 1/4 of suggested measurement as Bandit recommended earlier) and then 1/4 of the potash, to boost the K of the powerfeed? i will miss a day then do the same, might still be in semi vege stage

How do the plants look after adding them? For me alot has to do with observation after i feed. If you are still not right into flower yet, then the need for any high phosphorus is not really needed yet.

@the green bandit - hey man....so you have used biobizz bloom before. Have you used it as a solo nute without any PK boosters? Does it have what it needs to get you through in regards to phosphorus at recommended doses?

I know he is a busy lad, but our friend @Waira is so good at explaining this kind of stuff.

@Weed Warrior, they look just as healthy, i guess 38 days old, have lots of nice flowers (white pistels) and leaves are nice and frosty around the pistels. More like filling out side wards than growing upwards. Sour Daddy migtht end up as one big bud lol, all white pistels around main trunk, though starting to fill out side wards a bit

edit - did notice one the stem wasnt all green, but apart from that super healthy that particular plant, maybe the biggest of them
