Indoor Grow one with FD

Welcome aboard, TFA! You will probably get better responses if you start a new thread about this rather than posting it here. Are you growing outdoors or will your indoor grow be left unattended for long periods? Just wondering why you're interested in a drip system. The ones I've seen with soil applications are usually run with a timer. You figure out through trial and error when and for how long the pump needs to run. A continuous drip for soil sounds like a recipe for root rot. I would suggest looking into some sort of wicking system.
i will be growing the autoss i have coming indoors as my time frame for outside has come and gone due to my location i was just wondering about the watering system not that was goin to do it or not thanx for reply

well guys and gals i have made my return and things when i got back were not good. Had a little bit of a miss hap here with the caretaker this round. not my normal one and i have some stumpies that will now be nothing but seed runs. No worries as i have started a few more to continue where i have left off.

So bare with me on this one guys as i have to recover a few.

Well this will work out well for me. Inline fan came yesterday. Will start my lowberry germing tonite install fan tomorrow and figure seed in dirt Tues or Wed. I hope. I shouold be able to keep up again I hope. LOL. Well time for a couple beers at the bar while I anticipate my new adventure with auto's.

I see we have a few additions to the thread and were always glad to have you along. Well i didnt give up hope on the stumpies as i knew that they would do OK and they seem to be pulling through just fine and dandy, still not going to get BIG but i still might be able to pull the weight with them. So all is looking good.

Another thing that i have this round is what i was hoping for is some color matching males and females in the new Black Line that i am working and the canna gods have smiled. I got a true male and female black in color on the F1's :jump:

Thanks JM it goes to show that there are and will be challenges every single grow. I know what caused the problem it was over watering, not fully her fault just didnt know how to read the soil.

Ok so most of the time i share the experiments with a select few as they are going on but this time since i was doing the heafty grow live id bring this here too. Right now i have the chance to do a little experimenting and I have a few stumpies so i decided to see how much of a hormone change really goes on with a topped auto. In my last photo grow i did a top above the second node to change the growth pattern of the plant. Instead of getting one main cola i got 4 main colas.

Now if you top anywhere else on the plant this phenomenon will not happen, you will either get two massive tops or a super cropped plant. The second node seems to change the plant to produce 4 identical coals. So since i have a few stunted ones i topped one of them directly above the second node of the plant. There was no sign of pre flowers or any sign of flower stretch. so i gave it the nip, and in 24hrs like a photo she responded and started the new lower growth and turned in the top two nodes. There are two things that i am looking for here. To see if i can actually send the plant back into the veg stage and to produce the 4 main colas like a photo. Then there is the other side that this could do and that would be a bud pop. :D

As it grows i will update and share all info good and bad. Will be interesting to see........ :toke:
