at different stages your RH would be at different levels, veg I run RH around 75-80% w/ temps between 89-92 degree's as plant starts to flower I back down 5% once a week on RH (after bloom already underway) by time the plant ready to finish your rh should be down around low 30% or right around there, I try getting mine down next to nothing...BTW, what you will be using for co2? a burner/tanks/bags? a burner does not work like a co2 bag or tanks would, just so you know... if using a burner you will want a fan blowing from top of tent down toward plants, if using tanks or bags, then you want fan at lowest point blowing upwards... feel free to ask anything related to co2, I'm very good with it and have a lot of knowledge in this area...
I don't know where some of these ideas come from but any fan stirring the air in your space will mix the small amount of co2 into the air and it stays mixed. No matter where it enters the room. It does not stratifie. If this were the case we would all be dead from a layer of co2 on the earth's surface. In a dead air space with lots and lots of co2 like in a volcanic crater it can stratify. That simply is not the case when we add tiny amounts to a room.
 
I use water a week old what I don't use gets thrown.
Question about pH'd water. If you have, say 10 gallons of water and you pH it to where you need it and use some of it and then the next time you check it the pH went back up. You pH it again and use some. How many times can you do that before you should refresh your supply of H2O. I have a 10 to 15 gallon cooler I fill with RO water and oxygenate with a air stone and pH a few times before I dump it and make more. I notice the water doesn't smell the same after adding pH decrease or increase.

Burned co2 is different then co2 tanks or bags you may want to look it up... I'm correct on this I been using co2 many many years..

The reason burned co2 hangs out at the ceiling is because it is hotter than the surrounding air not because of some special character of exhaust co2. The air movement of your regular fans will mix it. If you don't have air movement in every bit of your grow space already you should fix it.
 
I personally aerate overnight and use 90%. I draw water daily. Im 100% organic and my tap water is "good enough" so i dont bother phing. But please listen to the folks above me when it comes to water, nutes, ppm, etc. as they are all MUCH more knowledgable than i am with your type of setup. [emoji3]

and thats the reason for fan facing down using a burner I'd know I use a burner.... I'd also used tanks & bags so I know there is a difference... you said you had no benefit using co2 I do get a 40% benefit... so I must sorta know what I;m doing...
 
I did not say I did not benefit from co2. I said it is not worth the effort time and expense to me. I can fill my grow room to capacity without it. Yes the grow may take a little longer to get there. I have reached 1.6g/watt light energy of high quality bud without co2.

40% is a big claim; bigger than any commercial growers I know that use co2. They have expressed to me a 15% - 18% year over year increase in yield with a lot of that coming from faster turnover of their grow rooms.
 
Usually PH rises in water that is being aerated due to calcium carbonate dissipating. It is a PH buffer. I do not know what the science is in RO water that would cause that since theoretically the calcium carbonate has been filtered out. Unless that is what your system is adding back in? Water should not have a smell. It is inert. something else is in there that you are smelling.
Thanks @Mañ'O'Green The system runs the RO water back through a tube of crushed marble, so calcium carbonate would be a good guess. I thought maybe the smell was coming from the pH decrease that had been added previously. It could be the cooler I'm using as a reservoir. Or it could just be me.

My 35 gallon top off tank has developed a life of its own. I will be taking it outside to pressure wash and sanitize it as soon as this grow is finished. The plants don't mind but it has a pond smell to me.

And the stoner :baked:in me just realized :LOLStoned: I should only pH correct the water I'm going to use at that moment not the whole reservoir. :oops1: :wall:
