My bud of my first auto is nearly ready it's about 75% dry. The first few days it smelt wonderful but now smells like a damp grass smell, unless you squeeze the bud slightly then you get a nice smell? Anyone know why this is?

Just needs to be cured right, Mr Kippling. Have you read this yet?

Thanks Noods. I wondering if I dried them to quickly, iv used the paper bag method. It's been 3 days and they feel quite fluffy and not rock solid like on the plant. They are a tiny bit damp and the stem will bend easy but not snap. He mentioned in that post to jar them at this stage? Is that correct? Unfortunately I don't have a RH monitor, only the one in my tent and I don't think that will fit! Lol
:peace: K

EDIT or maybe a good cure will fix it, maybe it's just the chlorophyll coming out :)
