New Grower Gorilla Glue Autos in a 4x4 tent. New grower. Advice welcomed.

Ph is the very last step as everything else you add is going to change the ph along the way. Ph adjustment products are typically P based, and its your not normally going to need enough to change your PPM by much.

Awesome, thanks for that info.
what do you typically do to manage your PPM?
What PPM level do you strive for?

Your ppm is controlled by the volume of nutrients you add to your feed. The ideal level is going to vary by the stage the plant is in. It will also depend by strain, and even within a strain different plants may be more or less hungry than others. Whatever nute line you're using, you'll want to run approximately 50% strength of whatever they say to use. Some lines have feed charts specifically for autos. Always go by the feed chart they have online, NOT the bottle instructions.

What do you use to lower the ppm? Ive tried using Distilled water and found myself using a fair amount to only lower it 20-30 ppm.

I always thought you need between 100-200 every time you watered.
But it only matters when you start feeding nutes?

My water is about 100ppm to start. The only way to lower your ppm would be to cut it with distilled or RO water. Tbh I don't really worry about it much when watering since its pretty low to start. I use EC, personally. My starting water is .2EC. Right now I'm using flowering schedule nutes mixed to 1.3ish EC total.

I don't think I ever saw where you posted a water report? If you have one it would be super helpful. What is your starting ppm reading?

Thats a pretty nice number! Mine out of the tap is about ~350ppm.
Just read about what EC was. New term for me lol.

I haven’t posted it. I’ll post it here.

Starting PPM is ~350PPM

@Mañ'O'Green can you take a look at this?
@ItzSticky If it is 350 PPM Hanna that is too high if it is 0.350 EC that = 175 PPM Hanna. Make sure we are on the same scale here?

For sure you have chloramines you are looking for ascorbic acid - vitamin C. The store brand is usually the cheapest without other stuff added in. 50mg per gallon will treat water with 3.8 PPM of chloramines. I do not know how efficient those filters are.

What are some signs that they are getting chloramine?

If i notice the filter isn’t working i’ll pick up some vitamin C

This could be unrelated,b but on the right leaf I noticed a lighter color mark.
Should i be concerned about something?
