Cool damp weather is forcing me to go to a full time light schedule in order to keep temps up and humidity down in my garage tent.
No room for a heater.

Will this harm my girls? They are at 6 weeks and flowering heavily.
If it warms back up does it harm them to switch back to a 20/4 schedule?
I guess what I am asking is can I vary the lighting like this or will it mess them up?

I change light schedules several times during most of my auto grows w/ no negative effects ... :pass:

No, They will love it. I run 24/0 germ to harvest, even if temps are hot, not sure why anybody ever runs 20/4 unless heat or electricity is an issue. Never could figure out what the 4 hours of darkness is supposed to accomplish.

It was a heat thing and electricity thing for me. Some of the highest rates in the USA. Wish I had PV panels.

I run 24 on my autos all the time several times power has gone out due to a storm and no ill affects

We have a grower on here that pulls pounds off a few plants ran at 24 hrs,I'm pretty sure he always ran 24.

But maybe he would yield same without going 24hrs? Anybody done comparison? Would save $ on electricity.

Yes I believe so lots of variables when growing, pheno display to say the least,I do the 24 hrs because I don't have a space to grow light leak free ,I grow in my living room in a very small trailer ,I do have a closet I put photo periods in I call it the flowers box ,I have been growing non stop indoors for over 2 years ,also grow outdoors \green house.
