I'm experiencing the same clawing on the smaller leaves near the buds....consensus is most likely Nitrogen Over Abundance or pheno/genetic trait or a little of both. I have backed off the N and bumped PK to see if it will tone that down a bit. I don't know if it will correct the ones that have already gone "full Mexican moustache" or if it will correct it at all (if it's just a pheno/genetic trait) just my 2 cents on that clawing. 
lol Mexican moustache!! I have been using a little bit of the GH Grow, but only 10ml per 6gal of water.. I'm going to cut back on it if not completely and just use the Micro/Bloom and maybe a little more Cal/Mag and Silica.. I figure I'm going to probably flush for a week when the time comes.. I haven't had the ppm's too high, in fact this is the highest.. I'm going to see if the nute burn subsides now that it's back to the once-a-day feedings, although I almost feel like that's part of the reason why my pH drifts every day.. Since I've been doing the twice-a-day feedings, it drifted up to 6.0, and stayed there for a couple days, and today it's up to 6.2.. I had been adjust pH almost every day prior to this past week, so I don't know.. I was almost thinking in my head that if I was to drop the ppm's to say 500-ish, but do a twice-a-day feeding, the nute burn wouldn't occur but instead give it a proper dose each time..
Maybe I'll try that on my next grow.. I've got a small list of things I'm changing for the next grow, and hopefully the seeds get here soon so I can ramp up my next one before this one finishes!!!

Not a ton to update, other than I finally got my jeweler's loupe and it isn't very good, but I tried to get a couple pictures to see if I could blow them up and check the trichome consistencies.. Starting to get some milky ones in there, and I think my estimates were close at another couple weeks. I've got my tent physically set up but tomorrow's adventure is to actually set up the lighting, ventilation and re-configure my reservoir, and fabricate a catch basin.. Got my 2nd batch of seeds in: Dinafem OG Kush x2, Dinafem Auto Critical Jack x2 and Dinafem Original Amnesia x2, plus another Afghan Kush Ryder seed (so now I have 2) and a Dinafem Auto Original Amnesia for free. I'm torn as to whether I should grow both of the same type at the same time, or if I should have some variety and grow a bean from each set for each 2-plant grow I do.. The OG Kush and the Original Amnesia, being photos, I may do only 1 at a time and try to LST/ScrOG the thing into submission, but like I had mentioned, I'm gonna wait another grow or 2 before I do that. I'm also going to try my hand at cloning at that stage, so it's important I can get a couple successful grows under my belt and have a solid technique. Out of the 2 Auto Jack seeds I had germinating, one of them is starting to show it's 2nd set of true leaves, but the other is this green nub in the middle of the rockwool. I'll get some pictures tomorrow, but I think I need a little more light, but hopefully after tomorrow, that's not gonna be an issue. I'm going to keep my enclosure here for now and use it as a veg-tent, so I can get these other seedlings started, so that when this other one finishes, I can throw them right over in the tent, and start another set.. I think it's possible to get at least another 2 full grows out of this year, and then at the turn of the year, the gf and I are moving out of this area, and we're trying to find a slightly larger place, so I would be then investing in a 2nd slightly larger tent for flowering and keep the one I have now for veg..

Nice looking plant man. I know how you feel with trying to wait until you get a few grows under your belt before you start doing new stuff. I wanted to scrog or lst but since it's my first grow I was kinda scared lol. I decided I'm going to pretty much just let those babies go and whatever happens happens!. As long as I get some good smoke, that's all I care about. Once I actually have something to smoke I'll be way more willing to experiment a bit. =D
I hope my plants look as nice as yours. Mine are Indica dominant but I can tell just by looking at yours that it's Sativa. Sativa plants just have a certain beauty to them. Really pretty.

Freiya: couldn't agree with you more!!! I was all gung-ho about doing every since method under the sun....... Until I started growing it.. I think the first 4 weeks of that experience, you could've equated it to me in the Emergency Room awaiting the delivery of my first born.. I was anxious, nervous, spent almost every waking minute looking at the plant, the medium, the enclosure, the room it's in, the websites, the magazines.... CONSUMED!!!!!! So, now that it's going into week 11 (starts today), I'm a bit more confident, but still a bit anxious.. I still spend a fair amount of time just gawking, or even just admiring what I've done.. Is pride a bad thing?? I hope not..
The ONLY think left out of this grow that I want and hope for, is these colas to fatten up with some sweet sweet love in the next couple weeks.. Then, I'll invite you all over for a big ole blunt a few bags of chips!!!!!

So I figured my girl's been good to me, so I bought her a new home and some new accessories for it.. She seems to like it, although I've had to use my AC more, since I only have the passive intake working and am using a 190cfm in-line fan on max setting.. Humidity has been perfect inside there, even with the heavier humidity days like the last couple.. Today is nute-change day, and I'm almost thinking that I'm gonna go another week full-strength nutes, and then next week's change, I'm dropping the Silica, Floralicious+ and slowly weening her down.. I think maybe in 2 weeks, I'll cut the nutes in half for a week, and the following week, flush.. I'm seeing quite a few cloudy trichs, hard to quantify a number or percentage, but I'd say I'm a couple weeks out yet.. I've converted my old grow-box into my veg-tent for now, and have some other things in there like some pepper plants and some palm tree seeds that I snagged from Florida, last time I was down there.
On a side note, I had ordered some Zambeza Auto Jack Herer seeds.. Only got 2 out of 5 to germinate, and 1 of the 2 died not too long after.. What's worse, is the remaining one looks like hell, and I don't have high hopes for it.. I had ordered a Dinafem 6-pack of 3 strains: OG Kush (photo-fem), Original Amnesia (photo-gem), Auto Critical Jack, got some Afghan Kush Ryder seeds, and decided to start an Auto Critical Jack, as I'm gonna start the AKRs at the same time, about halfway through this grow if I can get a seed to successfully take root and grow!!! Not a great way to segway to the next grow, but hey, such is life!! If I can keep this one alive and get the Dinafem to grow for me, then I just may have a decent 2nd grow!!!
