They look great @Froot n Fuel ! Whatever happens in there, you won’t be disappointed. That is a stellar strain selection. You’ve got a really nice run going. I wouldn’t worry about the mutant, you never know what she might do for you. I’m starting to see some differences in individual demands for feed between plants. I’m running Megacrop now and my Skywalker and SODK are needing more nitrogen as seedlings than the Double Grape as I’m feeding on the same schedule. GWK was a sensitive girl and didn’t put out much for aroma but she is potent to say the least. I’m looking forward to seeing your dried HBSS, thinking she’s going to get a chance to run through summer here.

i have not plucked a single fan from this girl at all mate, she wanted to grow tall and open just how i like 'em!

Great work dude! that doublegrape is looking epic, i think you will have one big beauty there!

Mutations are cool i think they spice up the grow abit, equal opportunities hahaha.

also looking forward to see how big the samsquanch gets as they are supposed to be on the heavier yielding sides of mephistos strains.

i've been struggling to do justice to this Double Grape, she just has a "presence", y'know? not a crazy number of bud sites or anything, just a lovely and healthy medium gal doing her frosty things - lovely jubbly.

Samsquanch is a secret goliath mate no doubt - i've never had stacking like it and i think she's gonna out-produce my Ripley's OG which is no small task. @Andi has one even bigger and fuller than mine and it's scary stuff, check that one out too bro. but same, very excited to see if i can nudge her through bloom with some competence and get some nice flowers to reward - i'm besotted with my kush strains lately so i'm hoping this and my lil' freaky Skywalker do the business here, i'll be a happy chappy indeed.

@STILLSMOKIN brooo you've not missed much at all, no no this is my coco 60/40 clay pebbles mix, but i'm treating the more vigorous ladies (Sam'OG, Dbl G) more like hand watered hydro, lower PPM feeds more often, and they like that so far. these are all on the full Greenleaf range now too!

i'm digging this selection as well mate, if all goes to plan and the results are consistent with the effort put in (this getting hard work now ) then i have plans to do a full Mephisto "OG" run so i can satiate this kush obsession of mine, featuring Ripley's, Sammy OG, 3 Bears, AvT and Skywalker - right now that sounds like my idea of heaven but subject to change of course...nice having a plan though.
man the separate feeds is a lot of effort after a while, literally just switched the SamOG, GWK and DG to the same feed yesterday and what a relief! but now 4AM coming of age where she will have her own mix daily too and so it continues...
i managed to rope the missus in to feeding the DG whilst i'm at work but there's no volunteering for mixing up feeds yet
surprised you've seen need for more N, MC is pretty loaded with it from what i have read. Calmag still my only real def' i see so far...

i filled two jars with HBSS last night and about half way through. i have to give Mephisto some applause the bubblegum aroma is spot on, really is. hang dried for a week exactly, 60-65% RH but temps a bit high 23C/73F. smells lovely, will need a spot of burping as the gauge in the jar sat at 65% RH from overnight. too early to report smoke and taste really, although i have smoked a good amount and am enjoying it so far there's room for improvement. no complaints on potency as always, delivers as Mephisto stuff always does.

Nice, I've gone back to dirt. Don't like the hydro structure or taste. Nothing like some good super soil.

managed a photo shoot last night before a few hours of trim jail with the HBSS so WARNING IMAGE HEAVY POST

first up is Samsquanch OG at 65 days old - just getting signs that all these bud sites are starting to bulk up and get some substance to them...about damn time let's she if she really turns up this week. more pistils turning orange than i'm used to at this stage but then i'm used to a 65 day lady being a bit farther along than this girl but confident she'll make the wait worthwhile. weeks to go yet! Mega Crop, Sweet Candy, Bud Explosion, CalMag all mixed to around 600PPM on average and PH without adjustment sits at 5.8 so that's what she gets. Recharge a couple of times a week from now on. stinks of heavenly OG Kush

next up is my slightly underwhelming but still cool Grape Walker Kush at 65 days also. buds are rather leafy, feel like she's been in limbo for a couple of weeks not really doing too much. seen a couple of the Grape Crinkle crosses put out these smaller buds in other peoples grows so i'm not sure if i upset her or she's just a smaller pheno...luckily there's still lashings of resin and frost and she's a smelly little girl but i feel like something held her back. same feed as Sammy OG, just smaller quantities. still gotta couple of weeks to work on those flowers though...

and here's the current twinkle in my eye, Double Grape at day 47 already. another confirmation that my grows have slowed down recently, 10 days behind my soil grows i'd say, but plants never seemed happier so i guess they're just extending their stay in the tent. she wouldn't stink out the tent alone but brush those sparklies and she reveals strong intense terps - i still don't think grapey is what i get, i'm still on the freshly sliced mangoes with a hint of bleach but that is A-OKAY in my book. now on the same feed as the older girls, 3 times a day.

Skywalker 9 days old and i guess she has a mutation, no signs of a third finger on the first set and strangely little or no action from the top node. will wait and see what she does!

Just taking her time I guess. It's my understanding that anything with an OG Kush dominance is likely to take a little longer anyway (?)

much appreciated man, i'll take some credit but really, this is excellent genetics, just wanted to grow big. i don't see enough Hubbabubba's being grown! maybe the new haze will respark the love - i know i'll be growing it!!



it'll still be waiting for you man - trust me if i could i'd have the entire catalogue on the grow myself but sometimes decisions have to be made.

SODK is a classic on my radar and supposedly a big lady too so i don't think you'll go far wrong with her. i'll be tuning in no doubt bro.
