New Grower Franks first grow in many years

But all in all those two look fantastic!
Thanks for the kind words!!:pass:

I do wonder if the feed schedule I'm using has something to do with this (tangs easy feed schedule). It uses zero grow nutes....all bloom. As I look back through pics, I can see this problem started early and very minor.....

I will say this....I've discontinued the cal mag altogether, and turned my light down a bit (was using grow and bloom....now I just am using the bloom switch)...whatever the problem is or was, I have a ton of new growth in the root zone of both plants, and the roots are whiter than they've been in a while!

Anyway...thanks for stopping by and here's a big :slap: for the words of encouragement!!

Man... I must be in a bubble... Lol when on site did it start being protocol to use either BOTH grow and bloom or just bloom???

This is like the third time I've read this this week... This troubles me big time...

OK you got N-P-K.... N is used more in veg for overall plant growth. P-K is used more in bloom for sugar/trich/bud etc production....

Where did I miss the boat on this?? Is this why more new growers are having issues? Who came up with THAT?! I'm really chewing some stuff back here... Kinda just smh...

I think it depends on what nutrients you are using. The AN gmb has chelated nutrients but have to all be added and in a specific order to take advantage of that property. I've seen some people using the Lucas method with basically micro and bloom nutes only. Which nutrients are you using?

Hey @Rebel and @Eyeoftheworld

Tina from mars hydro posted this to me over on the mars thread....

I'm using AN sensi bloom, carbo load, and will be using overdrive at the end. ( https://www.autoflower.org/threads/tangs-easy-auto-feeding-schedule.47290/ )

Thanks for looking in :smokeout:

I hope I am zeroing in on a solution to the problem....the new root growth is a good sign (I think). I just hope I don't go through the rest of this grow, and not REALLY understand why all of this is happening....and have the same problems on my next grow (although I'm going to change up the nute program).

Hey man be careful with the carboload....it will give you bubbles like soap bubbles. Kind of a pain in the ass with dwc. At least that happened to me my first attempt. I'm gonna try to find something else to use instead of that this round. Not sure it hurts the plant but it's a major pain to work with. Just my 2¢...I'm only on my second dwc grow so I don't know much but I do remember that.
And pay attention to Derek...dude knows his shit and helped me a lot on my grow.

Whats up @dcat0921

I've been following your thread for awhile now. :pass:

I'll keep that in mind with the carboload.....I'm going to use an entirely different feed plan next go round. I'll stick with AN..but a more traditional plan, in line with how the program was designed (at a reduced strength).

Thanks for stopping by, bro!

I've been watching yours too just haven't posted much lately...lots going on and just been out of it a bit.
Glad to see you got your issues figured out. Can be a pain but the harvest is worth it.
Keep up the good work and the positive attitude...it will help you tremendously
