Hi guys. So i got back home today. The soil is (bio bizz light mix) is still humid, but around the stem it's kind of dry. Should i water a litlle around the stem, or just wait a few more days?
One of the girls is getting really strange leaves, i don't knpw if it's stunned or over watered.
There seems to be a bit of of "moss" on the top of the soil. Is it normal? I started lowering the RH and increasing the temperature.
So, i'll leave you with the pics and hoping for some advice.

Perhaps a moisture meter would be of benefit and save you from over watering...I use light mix in small pots which makes it easy but I still use a meter. With larger pots I really don't know how else to really know.
That being said, a knuckle test will help. At tip of leaf from stem, stick finger bout 1.5 inches deep in soil...if dry. Water....if any moisture is felt, leave it alone....
Just be aware, over watering is so easy to do but easy to avoid.

Thanks. Bit humid still. In some more than others. I raised the temp and lowered humidity, trying to respect the VPD. They are starting to smell. It's that normal this early?

The seedlings like the high humidity no problem there. 60-70% is fine. That soil looks wet to me. I'd wait until the top1/2" of soil is dry. The roots will seek out the moisture deeper in the medium. they seem to lack a little tragidity (not sure on spelling if that) which is a symptom of overwatering. I named a plant Quasimodo because if leaves just like those strange leaves you have. I had my doubts. She turned out to be my best performer. Probably phenome specific trait. Someone e else may have another opinion on that.
When they are that small I would not even water the entire pot. I would keep my water 1/2-3/4" from the edges of the pot. The water will wick to the edges you want moist soil for babies not wet.
IMO.

The algae is normal you probably have a high soil content which is what it looks like. Just make sure you have good nmbeneficial microbes in your
Regimen. Dont want a vacancy sign lit up for pathogenic microbes.

The pots look very over watered for plants that small. The algae on the top of your soil has grown because the soil has been kept wet. I’ve never had that happen to my Biobizz light mix. At this size I’d be watering with around 200-300ml every 2 or 3 days, letting it dry in between. The bottom soil in the pots will still be damp so the roots grow down in to it to get the water - just because the surface (or even the top inch) of soil is dry doesn’t mean the plant needs watering. She’ll tell you if she needs water by wilting a little. It’s far easier to recover a thirsty plant than one that has been over watered.

I’d suggest leaving them for a couple of days, maybe longer, no watering, to really let the soil dry a bit more.
This is my soil - 21 days old and watered with 500ml 17hrs ago (they look a bit droopy because it’s lights out in a little while, they seem to know when it’s coming).

Thanks to all for the advice. I think you are right regarding the watering. I followed the instructions the the growshop gave me. Water the pots untill there's water coming at the bottom before putting the seedlings. So i did that. I also used bactomatik (according to the package a special one made for autoflower) and B-52 (that i found out here i should not have done so early).
So my plan for the next few days is to control temp and RH, and let the girls be. They look great now (for my begginer eyes) and they really perk up after being under the light. I'm trying to respect the VPD table above, but it's not easy.
So, a few questions. Since i have the algae at the top soil should i add more bactomatik or similar (i used 10g with 4 liters of water divided by the four pots)?
Today is the 10th day on soil. On the next watering should i add nutes or wait one more week, or something like that?
And again, thank you all.

I’ve never used bactomatik - don’t even know what it is (might google it) but the Biobizz light mix needs nothing added in the first 2 weeks at all in my (limited) experience, except I add 1ml per litre of Biobizz root juice in week one, and in week two I add 1-2ml root juice and 1ml calmag per litre. My LED makes my ladies hungry for calmag early for some reason - you might not experience or need this straight away, but I’d be adding from week 3 for sure. Wait till at least day 14 (start of week 3) before adding any grow nutes - and then only in small quantities- maybe half or less of the recommended dose. Then you have to pay attention to your ladies - you will learn to identify when they need their feed increasing.

This is what i found in english https://www.growbarato.net/en/boosters-additives/3118-bactomatik-rex-special-automatics.html
The nutes i bought, but haven't gave to the girls yet, are these https://www.advancednutrients.com/products/ph-perfect-connoisseur-bloom-ab/ They have magnesium and calcium, i'm hoping it's enough. On the growshop they made me a nutes table, that's a 1/4 of the table of the manufacturer.
