First time grower, full of doubts - Also sort of a growth journal

I’d agree with everyone here. I use the an line with coco and I give just a bit of voodoo juice for the first few days after sprout and than I start to slowly increase rates and add base and other supplement after the second or third set of leaves
Thanks

heya @Django_TO and :welcome: to afn! :toke: if ur in soil, then kyote is right, in that seedlingz don't need any nutez for the first couple weekz...and for the first few dayz, all they need for water is a light soil-misting...after that, an oz or so of water, but make sure u water in a ring, away from the stem, so that the lil rootz are forced to find the water on their own, and thus, grow :smokeit: also, the picz don't show, but do u have a general air circ fan blowin in the tent-? constant airflow is important & helpz strengthen the stemz ;) great commune here to help ya get dialed in & anything else u need, jus give a holler

ppp & :goodluck:

Hi. I have a fan inside the tent, all the "heads" get a constant "breeze". Thanks

I've foundUsing bio bizz light mix, plants need nothing but water for 3 weeks, sometimes more.
I've used light mix for years and only use DI water until the plant shows it needs something substantial but then I'm very conservative with nutrients.
I use small pots so its easy to know when to water...but I find they do best when their environment is in check and ya just leave'm the heck alone!

I definitely think you haven’t used enough soil. Ideally you should have filled those pots to the top before planting. What soil you do have is going to become compacted as you water over the weeks and also due to the low level, you aren’t giving a big volume for the roots to grow in to.
I grow in Biobizz light mix (using Biobizz nutes) in 11L pots too, here’s a pic of my latest grow at 14 days old, before any lst:

See how high the soil level is. I’d worry with yours that air wouldn’t circulate properly around or up under the canopy when she gets bigger. Also you leaves and stems etc will be shaded from the light by the sides of the pot - remember your plant received light from all angles as it bounces off the walls of your tent, this helps maximise light on the plant. The sides of your pots are going to prevent some light getting to your plants.

Thanks for the reply. I did not fill the pots because they take more than 11 liters (3.5 galons pots). I measeured the soil with 7 liter plastic pot (a bit more than 1 and 1/2) and i thought it was all right. Do you think i can still add more soil, or is it too late?

You'll still have plenty of medium to grow nice plants. For years I've grown everything in 2-3 ltr pots , bb light mix and it provides me with plenty good weed.
So spend your time worrying about environment and your weed will appreciate it.

Thanks.. Right now i'm away from home but my SO is there and told me that the RH is at 72% and the temperature at 22º C. For now (they were put on soil last tuesday) i believe that it's a nice environment. They grew a bit since the pics. I'm a bit worried about the signs on one leaf (bit droopy) but otherwise i think it's not going too bad for the first time. I should have tag them with the breed, but i forgot, so i don't know wich ones are the easy bud and wich ones are the critical. Just wait and see i guess.
