It would probably help if we knew what problem you were having germing.
There are at least a few good threads discussing this, so you might do a search.
I put mine in a pill bottle lined with 220 grit sand paper, give em a gentle shake for about a minute to scuff them up, then drop them in a cup of ph'd H2O, let them soak until I see them crack or get a tail, then I put them directly in to my grow medium.

I'm not sure usually iuse the paper towel method they germ pretty quick the little taproot popz out within a day or so these ones just cracked open I'm probably being impatient the first bean ilet it soak for 24 hrs it just sank so help me if I'm doing something wrng

You aren't giving enough info, mate, Or what the problem is really. If the pt method works don't break it. If you let it soak for 24 hours and it sinks, you can leave it longer or I suggest now putting it in a paper towel in bag and in a warm, dark spot. Then when it pops a little tail, in it goes. It can take anywhere from 1-5 even 7 days, although unlikely. If you have pretty fresh beans with a general overall good germ rate, you'll see 'em pop within two days IMO.

Does the warm help them, speed up and germ faster?? Idont have any dark warm places any suggestions that's probably my problem idont have enough heat to help them germ

Yessir it sure does. They love that. Do you have a water heater inside? Or a cable box, oven with a pilot light, somewhere safe but near or on top of the hood of your light. That's what I do. All of those create enough heat to use.
I soak mine for 24 hours give or take a few hours. I have a little square tupperware that I taped up to keep the light out and I size a paper towel and place it in the bottom and spray it until moist, put my beans down in there after the soak and then place another sized paper towel over that, mist it down and close the lid. I set it on top of my Tek lamp on the corner, it stays nice and warm and dark because of the tape. Just make sure it stays moist and doesn't dry up, and that it is dry on the outside of the container before putting it up there so it doesn't get on the light, and that it's not too hot, it will not work for some lights, but my Tek lamp(cfl) is just warm enough. I get great germ rates.
