New Grower First grow. Megacrop, autocobs.

Hello any and all. New grower and super excited to get going. After being a creep for a couple weeks and lurking on others journals, I couldn’t wait any longer. I decided to go with Megacrop for nutes and autocobs for lights. Straight Coco for now. I placed an order with seedsman and got impatient waiting, so I popped a Northern Lights I had from ILGM a couple years back. While the NL had a head start, the main 2 strains this grow is based on will be Blackberry Kush and Blueberry, both from DutchPassion. I’m super hoping for one of the purple phenos I’ve been seeing for my Blackberry. Any and all input is greatly appreciated.

Doing it right the first time! I’m on my first grow too, wish I’d started with cobs. I’m using GH nutes right now but I’ll be running an experiment on my next grow just for shits a giggles ... 2 plants with megacrop and 2 with the GH.

My Seedsman order took quite a while but it was worth the wait ... so many freebies! Here is what I received, all I ordered were the 2 on the top left:

@Dr.Bubbles no perilite, starting to think that was my first mistake though.

@archie gemmill I’ve been lurking for a couple weeks lol. Stumbled on the site by accident and just kept reading, even some threads from a couple years ago. I’ve got a 4th autocob that’ll be going up soon. I’m most likely going to germ another BBK just to improve my chances of the purple.

@davisgirl yeah I think the freebies made it worth it, even though I probably won’t get to them for a while lol. Ordered 10 got 25 free through the Halloween promo.

Made my first big mistake. Was feeding my NL and just kept going with the same feed to the blue before I realized what I was doing. Pretty sure she didn’t like it.

The BBK just happened to be sitting on my MC bucket. Needed to get in there and haven’t been able to get her centered again, so she’s been doing a little dancing lol. Moved the bucket so that won’t happen again lol.

This journal wasn’t supposed to be about the NL, but it seems to be doing awesome. I’ve been doing a little leaf tucking everyday, and also removed a couple of the lower fans as it was making watering a pain.
