a soil grower typically would never think of getting a tds/ppm/ec pen.thats not to say its not usefull for finding out base tap or well levels if they suspect something odd going on.
a ph pen yes.

I always mix my feed by ec rather than ml/litre [emoji848]

So, not an update, but just wanted to share. Am I the only one who finds it relaxing to enjoy a cold one and watch the grass grow?

You've got it sussed like, I see great buds in your future.
The watering thing you were asking about. It's the amount of perilite (or other aeriation) you use that determines how often you can water.
More aeriation in the pot means you can water more frequently. Over watering doesn't exist, it's a myth made up by soil growers who don't know how to build a pot. Otherwise people wouldn't be able to grow in big pots full of water.
In coco the best way is as often as you can be bothered. It's O2 that gets the roots going. Regular feeds means regular doses of fresh 02.
I use a non media system where the roots just grow in fresh air and the results are nuts.
Get things called airdomes too which pump air into the roots all day long.

Day 22

Well, things are coming along. That said, I could use a second opinion. I think I may have a hermie on my hands. But, I'm no expert on early sexing, so I'll offer some pics to the masses for a verdict.

Top growth. This is undeniably female.

This is at the 4th node where it was topped. Those look like balls to me. But...never sexed a plant, so what do you guys say?

I had the same thing first grow. you can take a risk and pluck them, but you’ll forever be second guessing if it’ll hermie again, or it pollinates the other girls without knowing.
for that reason alone, even the real pretty hermies will be booted out of my grow in future
