How’s everyone going, started this little bonsai of an autoflower on the 17th of February I got the seed off a friend, it’s a seed that’s been forced to feminine via colloidal silver. Anyway I have a few questions about it - Strain Big Bud

1 - will my buds fatten up at all?
2 - how and when will they fatten up, it entered pre flower 25th of March.
3 - How do I make sure my next auto doesn’t end up a dwarf like this one here lol

Nutrients
Veg - Seasol 2ml Per L, Powerfeed 2ml Per L.
Flowering - Seasol 2ml per L. Powerfeed 1ml Per L, Pk13/14 1.5ml per L, Super pk 1ml per L, Monsta Bud 4ml per L.

Grown indoors or outdoors? What be the soil you're using? :pass:

Hi complete outdoor, I used premium organic plus from Bunnings with 70/30 perlite. The main stem was a bit fragile so I added a top layer of just plain potting mix so it can withstand lst without the roots gettinf stressed

Not sure where in the world you are, what we’re the temps like in Feb/March? How big is the pot so we can gauge how small the plant is? Honestly, to me it looks very odd and really stunted. If it popped on the 17th Feb, it must be 101 days old today - not many Autos go that long, and when they do, they tend to be huge! My guess is it’s never going to get better than this. Tough to hear but just my 2cents worth. Maybe someone else has some better ideas as to what is going on.

Get good genetics to start then base your choice on what you want to obtain from your grow. If outdoor the grow is in the hands of the weather. Good luck.

Thanks for your replies, temps were very warm in March and feb 28 day, 20 night. During may temps have dropped to 7 night 18 day. Ordered a 10W red/blue light and I’m gonna try keep it under 24hrs to see what happens haha. I’m in Australia by the way. 3.5 L pot by the way.

And I’ve just received a bunch of genetics
Auto Glue Gelato - Barneys Farm
Auto Lemon bubble - Pheno Finder seeds
Auto purple - pyramid seeds
Blue amnesia XXL Auto - dinafem
Gigabud Fem - UFO seeds
Afghan Kush Ryder Auto - UFO seeds

Can anyone vouch for any of these strains?

Hi pal i think when making your own seeds its very hit and miss id rather just buy good genetics so your not wasting months also the strains youve got there are all good breeders i know of barneys and one of my fav breeders is dinafem .so when starting a new plant just try not to overwater as that can stunt your plants and just give her light feed and a bit of care and you will be grand

If that’s a 3.5l pot, she’s tiny for 101 days old, these are mine at day 35 from breaking the surface (ok, grown indoors):

They’re about 32in tall above the soil and should be done in 70ish days.

The cold weather you had in may probably hasn’t helped them.

I can vouch for the Dinafem - not grown that particular strain, but I have grown their white widow xxl and it was lovely!
