*Update Day 20*
Just updating
One leaf has a slightly white part almost like it's missing chloraphil

One leaf has a tiny hole, can't find it on any other and seems to have just grown that way

Every other watering I have started to use stump tea (Mycorrhizae) https://www.htgsupply.com/products/stump-tea/

I have also seen a few fungus nats

(uh-oh...did he say fungus gnatz-?...ya, me thinkz he did...shiverz :rolleyes1:) me say again, fear not, she'z lookin fine  the hole thing is kinda ironic for me, cuz my girlz will get a random hole like that once in a while on a random leaf, tho uzually more towardz the edgez, and me have no clue about it, but it'z alwayz been on the lower levelz, which i end up snippin off anyway, so i've never really tripped on it, lol  but don't worry bout it ;)

fungus gnatz on the other hand, are sumthin to worry bout indeed...god, me hate thoze little bastardz! :fire: and if u have em, it only meanz one thing, and that is the soil is stayin way too damp/moist/wet...ya gotta let it dry between wateringz...it'z a weed & can handle it, trust me...and when ya do water, don't drench her...hell, my girlz only get 1/2 gal each every 5-6 dayz, lol...but i digress....

anyway, get some sand, or DE (diatomaceous earth) and dust it across the top of the soil, but only after it'z dried out...they're a bitch to eradicate, but it can be done...the big problem with fungus gnatz is that their sole food is -> rootz...and especially this early in the game, if she can't get good rootz started, which are her lifeline, then she, and u, are in for hard dayz ahead...me hate to slap ya with that, but me jus givin it to ya straight...i know firsthand, cuz me went thru it on me first grow...she did make it thru, bless her heart, but me def learned me lesson on them lil bastardz, and is the main reazon me water most sparingly this time around, lol, and so far, so good ;) ppp

Yeh mate those bloody gnats are pain in the ass, lost a few plants over the years, like stated over watered soil is a good home for them,i have used neem oil that holds them back but doesn't stop them,i have done some more research as im growing again, gnat nix is a good thing but it has stopped production you might find a bag or two but thay dont make it anymore, also have been reading a alot of people saying thay dont like perlite-vermiculite so im giving that a go,so far thay hate it,and finding out perlite is like gnat nix basically a recycled type glass medium, another method i haven't tried it yet but is to put sand over the top of the soil etc. I have seen a guy will try and find the pic, is when getting his pots ready with no drain holes as thay can enter that way as well,he basically put the soil in with a pvc tube, like a garden tube, pipe (25mm)what ever you want to call it, in half way down the pot, left 2 inches so that he could put 2 inches of sand over top of soil,he also used a end cap to go over the pipe so when he wasn't watering he could cap the pipe to stop them from entering that way as well,he also mentioned when he did water he wouldn't water very much at all but more frequently,to stop the water from soaking to much into the sand and keeping it dry..... a Good idea and i might give it crack on my next few grow when my perlite-vermiculite bag runs out...hope this helps in any way...have a good one.:smoking:

After doing some reading i have found FFOF to have a problem with having fungus gnats ( should have done better research on my part ). I really thought that i was letting it get dry enough, i have been sticking my finger in the soil to make sure it not just dry on the surface but at least about a 3/4 inch deep dry which i guess isn't enough so ill wait even longer
Thanks @420Forever and @Bonwigs for all the help I will look into the options you guys gave me , Have you guys ever used Mosquito Dunks? I talked to a Gardner today and he says they are all natural bacteria tablets you use in your water that will kill the larva and stop the cycle. He also said Neem oil works well. idk much about these so i just thought i would ask.

I have heard the dunks do work to a certain extent and alot have said thay dont,i have never used the dunks so i can't say for sure,i think with the dunks it depends on what stage the larvae is,i dont know thats just my thoughts, neem oil works as a soil drench to kill the larvae or stop the adults from getting into the soil but you have to use it every time you water,i have used neem and it does work even spraying it on the leaves,it does kill the adults on contact.....i was just watching my baby in the cup covered with a dome the gnats would fly up around my light and dive bomb straight down like a bird into the sea, trying to get in,never seen that before, anyways good luck hope you get rid of the little buggers.

Could use some advice on LST, I pulled the top over but there is so much growth not really sure if I should do anything else.

Day 30
Not sure if I'm doing it right, but 2 days ago I bent the top over and tied it down. Today there are some longer branches so I tied them down as well.
Should I release the top and bend it the other way ?
