New Grower First Grow ever

She’s a bit short but that could either be of many reasons... 1: how low or high is your light? 2: is your medium loose enough for the roots to stretch, grow and breath? 3: have you began any veggie nute for vegetational growth or is your soil already amended with enough nutrients to get your sprout through the first 2-3 weeks? Most soils you buy can come amended with a decent npk ratio that can get you through the first few weeks but you will need to bottle feed eventually using only 1/4 of the recommended dose per gallon to start with. Other than any of those factors it could just be the plants phenotype as well. But she looks good to me aside from being on the small side!

1) Lights- I just got a new QB and had blurple before that, I have the QB hanging high right now untill my lux meter gets here. I feel this is mostly likely the problem

2) Soil - I'm in FFOF mixed with coco coir and the FFOF also has perlite in it. I haven't added any nutes, the guy at the hydro store said FF is pretty hot and should wait. I do have nutes from Roots Organics " Buddha Grow" and "Surge" but like i said i haven't used them yet.

Thanks for the help.

Hi guys,
So I checked on my plant this morning and seen that a leaf had fallen over. Its still attached but can't hold itself up. I'm just going to leave it for now but any ideas why this happened ?

new growth is fast growing and can have a lil bend or twist,it should straighten itself out in a day or two

That was actually my first thought, just fast growth and she couldn't hold herself up yet. But then i thought no your dumb ass is killing it go ask the professional lol glad to here she should be fine though.

*Update*
Just got my humidifier so now I can keep the humidity more stable.

Got a Lux meter but it has been reading all over the place

Lowered my light to about 14 1/2 inch, hopefully I can dial this in better with a different lux meter

the leaf is still fallen over

I wish I had a definitive answer for you here but she looks stressed your humidity should dial in around 55-65% during this faze your light depending on lumins and heat output should be about 18-24” some as low as a foot. Temps should be between 70-85... what’s your watering schedule and how much?

my Humidity has been a little low like 51% i just got my humidifier and set it at 65%
temps stay at around 75-77
For watering it about every 3-4 days depending on how dry the soil is, I have been waiting until about 1/2 to 3/4 of inch of it is dry and just started giving it about 24 oz of water

subbed up man, hoping she grows out of it for you, I believe she will
