iv added a fan in the room, but will it need an intake from outside or will it be okay with the fan and just the door shut? thanks for the advice it greatly appreciated
you could add a few muffin fans extracting air out, something diy like this link could do the trick http://www.mobilewill.us/2012/08/diy-fume-extractor.html , only i would get 2 x 4inch fans or even bigger wont hurt, most of these can plug staight to your mains points or be powered via usb.

then add a duct externally
once you start to flower you will know if you have enough extraction as if you dont your temps and humidity will raise more daily.

Hey barnsie, what exactly do you need help with? The girls are looking nice but you probably need to do some LST to get them under control in that space. Unfortunately you have them in a huge container so they're only going to get bigger before going into flower. Hazy gave you a good link on the last page of this thread that shows the technique.
By the way, in my experience (current grow is my 8th) you get about half an ounce per litre of pot-size with autos, but i've only gone up to 3 litres so there's obviously a critical threshold that i ahven't reached yet.

It's a 30 litre pot, I give them that pot so I can get a good yeald, this is my first grow and lst. Looks hard to get my head around without stressing her out too much?
So here's a few shots close to tell canopy, I'm just making sure she looks okay and if I'm doing everything right, and if I'm going to get a nice yield? I've got 200 watts of red cfl and a fan in there, I feed them every other water and the average every 3 days, any suggestions would be appreciated
