I was going to grow outdoor but starting to think inside would be safer. I have a walk in closet that I want to use. I only want to grow like 2 plants at a time and have NL seeds for my first grow. What lights LED's would you use? What soil and size of pot to use? Also the only way air gets in and out is under the door what would you use for Oder. I know lots of questions but what would you buy? I plan on spending around $500 on light. Thanks

Alot of growers on here use blackstar led lights,google it.Use promix with perlite, any organic mix from a grow store but not miricle grow.Ilike 3 gal pots that give the roots plenty of room.If you really can't have any smell you will have to get a carbon filter and fan to run the air through to the outside of the closet.You will also need to bring fresh air into the roomwith another fan if you keep the door shut.
How about the 240watt for $278 you think that is good for 2 plants? Also I guess the Oma block wouldn't be enough for smell. Maybe two small fans under door crack with carbon you think that would work? Thanks for your help

I'm using the blackstar 240uv led for 4 plants and it is working well but it would be better with just 2 plants under it

Tents are nice but reflective mylar on the walls or even gloss white paint is good and you can get a carbon filter for the smell like namvet25 said. I have my plants in a closet with no filter and when I walk into the room the closet is in all I can smell is the plants but it doesn't make my entire apartment smell
I would grow TLO organic in a large rubbermaid tote. You can buy minimal materials and mix the complex soil all in one tote, let it cook for a month or more, then top it off with something easy for seeds and you're g2g. The 10g totes would support 1 very large plant...less mess to worry about than running lots of little plants.
