First ever grow. Promix HP THC bomb auto 600w hps.

....:greenthumb:...you're welcome mate! ...the bab-bee's look great, man, pay no heed to that minor curling! Young leaves like that will change shape some as they expand, mature and harden up,....and those have a ways to go before they stop growing! You're off to a fine start indeed,...:clapper: :slap: ......... yeah, the strain decision thing can make your frontal lobe collapse from choice overload!! :haha:... be sure to look up Kudo and Dub, to see proper justice done to these plants,...:headbang:

That's on my first thing list tomorrow.... I spend alot of time on here just looking around.... Probably way more than I should lol. I'll check them out and I love how we have access directly to people at sweet seeds and mephisto and stuff..... Mephisto is my next run for sure. I'm loving what I'm seeing!!!..... And thank you on the girls. I'm working and studying very hard to have a very successful first grow.... I can confidently say I'm well on my way.... First feeding will probably b tomorrow morning. Nutrients are scary first time ever lol. After this I'll feel better on my next batch of girls and not so timid about everything....

Ohh and thank you on the leaves as well. I figured it was newb syndrome because all new growth looks completely fine and there's plenty of that to look at.... These things will b out of control in a week or two!!!! I'm going to take some time to talk with @A4 and learn his LST techniques to apply to my ladies with high hopes of reaching close to my maximum potential if I continue being patient and smart about my ladies.....:) high hopes!!! ;)

:smoking: Pete- ...wrote you a PM too with other specifics,... that said, Sweet is as solid as they come, IMO! As mentioned, I've grown several of their strains, and all are so good they're on the "must grow again" list!:drool: :smokeout:.... Your timing is perfect, as I just finished up a small but gorgeous Bloody Skunk,.... (I think our good brother @KUDO has grown some, with his usual superb results!).... As for purple varieties and potency, I've heard the same thing @A4 mentioned,... I think that's been debunked for a while now..take the case of popular strains like Grand Daddy Purple, it's parent Purple Urkle, Purple Cadillac, Purple Nepal, and a AFN favorite (not available anymore sadly) Maines Own BlueBerry... I see the first 4 testing out consistently in the upper teens to low 20% THC, for years now.... I've grown both color pheno's of MoB ("green" and purple), and I found no difference in their respective potency's,.... As for auto purples, I've grown Red Poison, Devil Cream and BSk, and all are plenty potent for this spoiled CA gellie! :dizzy::rofl: I can't say these are the most potent Sweets I've grown, but that can't be taken as any sort of real empirical/anecdotal assessment because I've not grown several of each, nor compared their Parent strains, so as to have a basis for comparison,... I can say any of them will stone you to the bone and have you phoning home , and I don't mean after smoking half joint of them by yourself either! :haha: ... unless you're a heavy tolerance smoker, a couple-few hits will more than do! The Sweet purple (Red Family as they call them) varieties have very unique aromatics, and the colored pheno's are running at about 85% likely you'll get that pheno'-- very stable for seeds! And the non-purp's turn out just as excellent as well,...:greenthumb:.... here's some proof-in-porn :spels: :crying:... (and mind that A4 guy! He's one of our finest growers here, with a pyramid-like knowledge base! --you scored reeling him in! :d5:)

Not looking so happy today.... Think they are ready for their first real feeding!!!!! Think the two biggest ones really soaked up the clonex and are ready for real food :)

Did my first feeding today... Hoping i gave them enough but not too much. I did 1/4 the recommended dose of big bloom and 1/4 the recommended dose of grow big. The bottles recommend feeding every other watering.... So do I just give them straight RO water next watering? I thought that would qualify as flushing and flushing is only a as needed thing because it stunts growth? These darn nutrients suck trying to figure out for the first time and also while converting it all to b hopefully optimal for my autos.... Sigh..... headache's.....lol....I think I did it right so far and plants are looking much healthier than when I checked them this morning.
