New Grower First Autogrow journal...could use some advise as well.

Update to Journal:
Week 4 feeding: ph'd water / ph'd water w/1/2 tsp GB and 1/2 tsp. Mag.
I was able to lst two of the plants, there is inner growth of leaves but no vertical growth or "stretch", is this normal going into the fifth week? Although it's not flowering yet, I can count the bud sites - they are just small. Maybe it's me being impatient, but I truely expected larger plants.

Do you think I can still get vertical stretch on these or do you think I should accept the bush and lst the hell out of it?

They look awesome, I would start some LST and open up them buds sites to light, bend the main, until the rest catches up.
When the stretch arrives, and it will arrive, if you already and have the canopy level it will be much easier to keep it that way.
And all tops will get enough light during that time.

Another thing, I remember reading about the "stretch" and when my plants were your size, and starting to show, like you say bud sites... I had the same thoughts... How come mine don't "stretch"
And I would say a week maybe even 2 after preflowers show up. It was just ridiculous to see, I thought I had my lights too far ( 30cm)
I had to go through shit load of Grow journals and try and find a common growing.
Eventually I realized AFN is made up of a pretty cool bunch of ppl and I asked.
You will know when they stretch, can't miss it really [emoji41]
So yeah your good!, maybe I coulda have just said that...

Journal Update, the stretch is starting to happen!! I took @Headbudz77 advice about lst, but I wimped out on bending the main cola down, the stem was so thick it just seemed too late. I just started new beans yesterday and will lst that main as soon as possible. My main concern now is over crowding and there is only so much leaf tucking I can do. How much defoliation can I do?
Week 5 feeding: ph'd water & 1/2 tsp Cal Mag/ ph'd water 1/2 tsp GB, 1/2 tsp TB

Really tight and bushy plants only take a couple leafs at a time. Get ones blocking light from the lower bud sites.

I agree with @Dudeski.
On my plant Im growing now I have removed 6-8 leaves a week 1st week after flower and I only take 1 leaf per shoot/main stem so it don't freak out plant. Only remove ones that are block bud sights fully at first. Below is a link to my grow I've got 1 girl with over 40 tops 8-10 inches long from just a little lst!

Hey welcome to AFN...yada yada yada blah blah. I'm not familiar with your LED, in particular but my first thought was, 18" is a bit close for seedlings, if you aren't restricted in height. 24" would be my guess, until flower, then 18" is primo. The girls look really good!

@FullDuplex, @Dudeski - I really need some advice from you. I currently have a 3x3x7 tent with three autos in it. I have done some really good lst training making the room in the tent really tight. With three plants in there, the light is not getting to all the sites.
I have a HUGE CFL that gives out 15,000 lumens upstairs that I start my seeds with. I want to move one of my plants from the tent to the CFL. I'm concerned about a few things:

• Will I hermie the plant?
• Am I compromising the yield going from LED to CFL?

I am very interested in what you think and appreciate any knowledge you have.
